Holiday rentals with a patio in Chesapeake

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

Clean, safe, easy to get to. Did the job we needed it to for the weekend.

Very close to Busch Gardens as stated and easy to find. The home was very clean and had lots of brochures for nearby activities and restaurants. Everyone including myself stated having had great sleep. The host is very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Maia’s place was super clean and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and it was exactly as described. We had a nice stay here.

OK, Cindy‘s unit was by far the best one bedroom unit that I have stayed in. It is the second best unit I’ve stayed in overall! It was squeaky clean, very cozy and inviting, very quiet, and it was good for sleeping and relaxing.If you have the opportunity to book this unit, don’t hesitate! I will say there are a number of stairs in order to get into the unit, but other than that wow, simply wow!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! The place was beautiful inside and out. My family and I felt like we’re at home. I love the outdoor space. Most of the times, my parents and I chilled outside enjoying the weather and chitchatting with each other. My family and I came down from Pennsylvania to visit my sisters who live about 10-15 mins away from the home. My family and I had a great time during our weekend stay. Hopefully one day we’ll come back and stay at this beautiful home again. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Definitely 5 stars :)

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we were incredibly glad we decided to book again! The place is exactly as described, has all the beach supplies so you don’t need to pack it all, is just a quick walk to beach (awesome with kids), and the view can’t be beat. Heidi was an extremely responsive host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic - you can tell her priority is the guest! My family of 5 plus a grandma enjoyed lazy mornings on the patio, taking in stunning sunsets over dinner, and long days on the beach (bathroom breaks back at the house are a snap due to the close proximity). The outdoor shower with warm water is especially helpful with kids! We will be back at least twice this upcoming year. Thanks for another great stay!

We loved Peggy’s house. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a nice driveway, good for larger cars. The house was so clean, comfortable, cozy and well equipped with everything. We would certainly come back. Peggy is an excellent host, very flexible and quick to answer any question. I highly recommend her place.

The Tiny House was in a perfect location! Our goal was to enjoy Virginia Beach and the boardwalk! The Tiny House was a relatively short distance from the beach, boardwalk, and shops! It was in a perfect location!! Walmart was close by, so I could easily pick up anything that I needed. Tidewater is a large stretch of highway w all kinds of convenient stores. Extremely easy to navigate! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer host! We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a super clean place. Bring your binoculars if you stay there bc the trees in the backyard are buzzing w all kinds of birds! So happy to have had the opportunity to stay here!! Esmel was very responsive and sweet.

Such a beautiful place. Lisa was very responsive before and during our trip. The backyard is an oasis and an extra space to have fun and laughs with loved ones. The space felt homey and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and tissue. And the showers in each bathroom were the right temperature and pressure. It was like being in your own spa. We didn't cook, but if we did, the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. I loved the coffee bar that was fully stocked with sugar, creamer, and coffee. One of the best airbnbs I've stayed in, in awhile. Thanks again Lisa!

This is the second time we’ve booked this house — Emily’s place is always a perfect little oasis. It is spacious with tons of rooms and areas to spend time together! The space is even better than the photos, super clean, and tucked within a cute little neighborhood. The families in our group with kids loved walking through the historic neighborhood in the morning and great coffee shops and amazing restaurants are only a short drive away. The neighborhood is peaceful and the hosts made sure everything was provided for. Thank you Emily and Abel!! You always make the stay so special!

What a wonderful job our hosts did! They provided all the supplies we could possibly need and then some! They truly thought of everything. We only had to buy food for ourselves, while most air bnb’s we’ve stayed in have one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, a tiny bottle of dish soap, etc. It felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a stranger’s. It was very short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a recent back injury, this made a huge difference for me. They provided clear instructions about everything, we never had a need to contact them, though I’m sure they would’ve been very responsive if we had. I don’t have any complaints or suggestions for improvement at all!

We had a great stay with no problems. The house is just as described. Plenty of space for a family. Several parking spaces and street parking. Well equipped kitchen. Very clear instructions on checkout.

Good airbnb and a bang for your buck. Just wasn’t that pleased about the check in at 4pm and check out at 10am, but can’t complain much.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The host was very responsive when I messaged her. We only stayed one night for an event we were attending in Williamsburg, but this would be a very nice place to stay for longer period of time.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kattia's home. My teenage daughter and I were there for the weekend, as she was participating in a volleyball tournament. Kattia provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, obtain the parking pass, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that we were staying in a building with a secure access code. Kattia also customized our door code to one that we would remember for ease! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a message from Kattia welcoming us and wishing us luck at the tournament- so thoughtful! The kitchen had all of the amenities that we could possibly need, the bathrooms were clean, everything was labeled, and we watched a movie on what we considered a "big-screen TV"! The location is walkable to stores, restaurants and the beach, and Kattia provided recommendations and was communicative during the entire stay. Kattia is a lovely host who seemed genuinely invested in us having a pleasant stay, and we did!

Wonderful host! Cozy, relaxing setup. We are moving to Texas and needed a place to stay for a week after the movers came to our home. This Airbnb was so nice, I would live in it full time! Very kind and sweet host as well!

If there was such thing as a super-duper host, Cheryl hits the mark. Her condo was meticulous and clean. She was lucid with her communications and quick to respond. This condo has an awesome view and the balcony had plenty of seating to enjoy with others. We want to thank Cheryl for making our stay a very memorable one. She is a ROCK STAR!!!
