Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

The place was very nice, very quiet, everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that the electricity failed us, but we had a solution at the time outside. Everything was excellent. And we also realized that in the evenings the light goes down a little bit.

Jude was very attentive and always responded quickly to our doubts, we traveled with Goya our dog and Jude put her a bed and left dishes in case we needed them, the place is cozy and has a good location

Everything was very nice and pleasant, only the time when they turn off the pool lights did not please me, since we are on vacation at 11 I wanted to go swimming and the lights were off. But other than that, everything was excellent. I would recommend it.

Perfect beach house for a vacation, 5mins walk to the beach, fresh breeze from the sea, quiet and safe area, functional kitchen. Full of fresh wind, in every room and amazing rooftop and pool - private access. Great internet for working as well. I love my stay! Kim is an amazing and sweet lady, she prepared coffee and some snack for me, drove me to progresso for withdrawing cash and recommended driver. She shares her passion for art and made me beautiful gift on my departure. My ❤️ is blowed away with her kindness and hospitality. I enjoyed great conversations with Kim. Highly recommend.

The place is much better than it looks in the photos. It is in an excellent area with quick access. It is very spacious, clean and modern.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable as shown in the photos, you can see the sunset and swim in the sea, the pool is a little small but you can also enjoy it. I recommend renting a car since there are no large stores to do the super close to the apartment and some locations are a little remote. If you want to have a delicious breakfast or dinner, Vivían Coffee is a very good option. In the area you can transport yourself by taxi to some tourist areas not so far away, and in the park you can take a combi that can take you to Progreso for $15 pesos. Other than that, the accommodation is amazing. I recommend it.

Since I arrived there was good communication, I loved the place!! Super cozy and comfortable, very nice, highly recommended, I would definitely stay at the house on the pier again, it's the same as what you see in the photos, even better 🥰

All in all, exactly what we were looking for. The place is a clean contrast to the derelict nature of the neighborhood. Definitely not touristy, though in walking distance of the best maintained beach on the coast. I should know, I walked the whole coast in the surf. Quiet, lots of Canadians, some Australians, not a lot of nasty US folk to disturb the peace. Awesome paintings throughout the inside. The fact there's no TV was welcome declutter, we were there to rest, not keep our eyes tired. The wifi in bed is spotty, more incentive to rest instead of using smartphones. At the entrance, kitchen area the wifi signal is strong and bandwidth was enough for our needs. Even the wrong address isn't the fault of the host: the city rezoned recently and Airbnb hadn't yet updated the listed location. Ensure that you follow the directions provided by the host in his excellent communication, instead of the ones listed. If the water and beach were cleaner, I would see ourselves returning for more.

The villa is very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable, along with Gaby's attentiveness. I would definitely stay again! 🤗

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions/questions we had. We felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a cozy place with a breathtaking view of the sea.

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

An excellent option to stay!!

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
