Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Excellent facilities, the staff and the super friendly host had an incredible family vacation, the complex has everything you need to have a good time and enjoy, it undoubtedly became our favorite place.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

The independent arrival helps a lot, Manu is super attentive to any questions. The A/C in the rooms is very much appreciated. That super comfortable hammock until you want to buy one. For cooking, utensils help a lot and are well cared for. The backyard is very nice and my dog enjoyed it a lot. That cold water in the refrigerator is much appreciated. I would stay at your house again, thank you for your attentions Manu!

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. The house was beautiful, exactly as described and pictured. Located on a very quiet street. Supermarket and bus stop 1 block away. Bus terminal walking distance. Neil was very responsive and helpful with suggestions when we had questions. We loved that we could walk everywhere from the house and felt safe at all times. We highly recommend staying at the house.

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

the house is great for a family of 4, everything is very good, only the pressure in the shower was weak, this is due to the type of water in the city, weak but relaxing jet, I emphasize that it is not a complaint, in short 5 out 🌟 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

We booked a couple of hours before arriving in Mérida. We were immediately contacted by the host. The arrival was very easy, the access to the property was immediate, we loved the design, the beds were super comfortable, they surprised us with a welcome kit with drinks and snacks that were left in the refrigerator. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food and also has a dishwasher. Exiting through the dining area you have the pool a few steps away. We have a very quiet time and with the advantage that there is a super and several restaurants a few minutes from the property. We definitely recommend it.

Happy with our stay, we spent 8 unforgettable days, my husband, my daughter and I. We are grateful to the host Raúl for his kindness and willingness. The pool is very nice, we would have liked to use the bicycles but it did not affect our stay at all, it was perfectly compensated with the beach chairs that are very useful. The air conditioning, which is essential for the climate, is very much appreciated, as are the multiple fans. In general, the house is very well equipped with more than necessary for the stay, safe and quiet, and a very good location. In Didi, it's very fast and easy to get around the area. We are very grateful, we hope to return very soon :)

Maria Elena's villa is extraordinary. Very spacious, we all had the comforts we needed. Extremely well-equipped, everyone was there. Whether it's cooking utensils, beach towels, baby furniture, board games, sand toys, outdoor equipment, everything was there. The beds were very comfortable. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies and everyone had their space. Communication with Maria Elena was extremely easy and quick. She gave us several suggestions for restaurants and things to do. During our stay, we used the services of Jackie and Toño, the couple who takes care of the residence. They are remarkable and thoughtful people. They prepared meals for the majority of our stay and everything was great. I highly recommend using their service as they were really great, highlight of our trip. We will be back again.

This house was absolutely delightful — beautifully arranged and full of charm. Everything felt thoughtfully placed, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The access to the beach is especially lovely, with a charming path surrounded by small plants that adds a sense of privacy when you’re at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!
