Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We had the most amazing stay at Upton Borne Lodge for my best mates Hen. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and they came with so many recommendations of activities & food from the local area. The house was spotless and just as described with flexible options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub, pools, sauna were perfect additions. We didn’t leave all weekend as we had everything we needed! Gill & George were so helpful with everything and it’s well worth the price!

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Wonderful little holiday cottage, place was spotless and had all the amenities needed, including good facilities for babies and pets. Nikita and Paul were very responsive and gave us loads of useful info prior to check in. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to visit cheddar!

We stayed at Bubbly’s converted barn for 3 nights so we could attend a local family wedding. The home had everything we wanted and more, really good comms and very friendly. A lovely quiet idyllic home.

Great place to stay to explore Cheddar and the local area. The house was clean, modern and very well equipped for our week stay with our young children. They particularly enjoyed the football table! Thank you for hosting us x

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The house is located in the center of Cheddar only a few steps away from the touristy places, but far enough to not stay right in the middle of it. In summer it is really cool to have breakfast in the patio or to walk to the nearby lake. We loved that every dorm has its own bathroom what makes it very suitable for larger groups. The communication with Andy was very uncomplicated and friendly. The only point we had is that the kitchen is only equipped with smaller pans what makes it a bit difficult to cook for 8 persons. Thanks for having us!

We visited May 2025 for four nights, 8 of us , 5 adults and 3 children aged 7, 5 and 2. The house was very spacious and really suited a family break! The annex room and upstairs main bedroom both have plenty of space for a cotbed (or 2!) and one of the bedrooms has a really comfy floor bed which the two older children shared. Upstairs beds were all super comfy, downstairs was a little hard for us. Towels, plenty of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, teabags, sugar, salt, pepper and some ground coffee sachets are provided. Lots of kitchen equipment including children's cutlery and plates, bowls etc. The kitchen/dining space was amazing. Garden was really nice with a lovely outlook and very peaceful, the children enjoyed it too, playing hiding and seak with the colourful stones. The house is a short walk to a lovely playground and green space, as well as a small tesco and a sainsbury . It was also only about a 15 minute easy walk to the Gorge so a really fantastic location!

absolutely lovely stay. we visited for wedding at sourdown farm property and grounds beautiful 😍 Nikki was really responsive and accommodating whilst we still felt left in peace. the house dogs Bart, Narla and Hugo were very friendly and fun. lovely extras bread, jam milk and tea bits to welcome us. would recommend and would absolutely stay again 🥰

above and beyond in every aspect. firstly Jayne was the perfect host and couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. the accommodation was beautiful, the design and comfort were second to none. the bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower was phenomenal. furnishings and decoration were beautiful. a beautiful peaceful bolt hole in gorgeous gardens and countryside.

We had a lovely stay at Old Forge. The location was perfect with stunning views, with a visit from the alpacas every morning! The lodge was just as seen in the photos. Caroline was very welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend and visit again in the future

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Everything was pristine inside. Jo had thought of everything. We had been given clear and helpful instructions to find the property. We were nice and close to the areas we wished to visit. Really pleased with the whole trip.

Katrina and Dave have a lovely place up on the hill at Bleadon. Great views towards the sea and fantastic for wildlife. The cottage is very well specified and high quality and I cant think of anything missing. Bifolds open up to maximise the view. We actually stayed in a lot more than we planned and enjoyed a relaxing week

Had a lovely 5 night stay at this beautiful cottage whilst we were having work done on our house. The hosts were always quick to respond to an issue we had and helped us fully. The house is beautiful, wonderfully furnished and decorated and perfectly located for a holiday in the West Country. Only 5 minutes from the motorway so easy access for you to explore all of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Highly recommended

We had a great experience staying at Vintage Vibes, from the efficient and helpful communication, the location, the comfortable homeliness of the property, the cleanliness, the extra touches of a welcome message and welcome package, and not forgetting how welcoming Jenny had been with our dog- a dog bed, blanket, water and food bowls, dog toy and treats! Jenny was able to recommend places to eat which are dog-friendly and would be able to cater for all our food allergies and preferences. Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Jenny! We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

Absoutely loved staying at Homestead Barn, my three children absolutely loved seeing the horses, cats and ducks. Very well equipped, clean, and my daughter loved playing some of the games e.g. snakes and ladders. Great location, easy to find and Anna was very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we all really enjoyed it.

the apartment is on two floors, the kitchen with induction oven. the view of the coast is extraordinary, we really appreciated the patio with a view where to have breakfast and lunch. highly recommended place, less than a kilometer from the small center of Lyme Regis, even less from the beach. Mike is a fantastic host, thank you.
