Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Annecy. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und der Tiefgarage sind erstmal ein wenig kompliziert, aber die Fotos und Videos sind dabei sehr hilfreich

Appartement très agréable, parfaitement fonctionnel et idéalement situé : à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, du lac et de nombreux commerces de proximité. Parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied ! La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide du début à la fin, avec une arrivée et un départ très faciles grâce à une grande flexibilité. Mention spéciale pour la literie, vraiment confortable, et les petites attentions comme les capsules de café et les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle — toujours un vrai plus quand on arrive. Seul petit point à noter : en cas de fortes chaleurs, l’appartement étant sous les toits, il peut faire un peu chaud le soir. Merci encore pour l’accueil, je recommande sans hésitation !

Le logement est très bien situé , près du lac. La disponibilité d’un garage et de deux vélos permet de laisser sa voiture garée et de pouvoir faire ses visites en vélo. L’appartement est très bien équipé , propre , bien décoré et bien rangé. Margaret et Olivier ont été très réactifs et amicales durant nos échanges de messages. Nous reprendrons cet appartement sans hésiter lors d’un futur passage par Annecy.

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans le logement d'Alejandra. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique : 10 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10 minutes du centre historique et 15 minutes du lac. Nombreux commerces (grande surface, restaurants, prêt à porter, pharmacie) à proximité. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et très bien équipé : vous ne manquerez de rien si vous choisissez d'y séjourner ! Nous étions 5 (4 adultes et un jeune enfant) et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds :) Enfin, Alejandra a été extrêmement disponible et est venue nous accueillir en personne.

Merci à Jérôme et Margaret. Les instructions etaient claires et on a pu facilement trouver le logement. Ce dernier etait paisible, fonctionnel et à proximité de tout, notamment du lac. Le fait de bénéficier d’une place est un avantage non négligeable au regard de l’emplacement (centre-ville). On recommande les yeux fermés !

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cette maison cosy et décorée avec goût. Elle correspond aux photos publiées. Petit Havre de paix où l'on s'y sent bien.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle ! La maison est très agréable et l'emplacement paisible. Nous avons passé un super séjour , je recommande sans hésitation.

Studio optimisé en tout points semblable au descriptif et photos. Magnifique vue sur le lac, au calme, à proximité du lac et de la piste cyclable. Stationnement devant le studio, studio optimisé en aménagement, bien équipé. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Claire, fast eine Woche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hochwertige Materialien, alles sehr großzügig (z.B. genügend Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife etc.). Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr angenehm.

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

I had the most wonderful stay with Laure! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish — she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Arnaud went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he provided refreshments, he was so flexible and accommodating & always responded right away. Could not rate this stay highly enough, it genuinely made our trip x
