Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chavanod

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description with the addition of fans in each room, very useful in this period of high heat. The flexibility for check-in and check-out was very convenient. We booked for a private event that was 10 minutes away by car, so a perfect location in this setting.

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind hosts and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and feeding them milk with a bottle! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye to them in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We had a great time staying! The location is within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a convenience store / small grocery store. We were able to rent bikes from a place less than a 10 minute walk away and use them to commute into the city. There are also two bus lines that head into the city that are great for transportation also. The Airbnb itself was perfect- it had everything we needed, and it was very clean.

We had a fantastic time at Kenji's accommodation. Upon arrival, we were handed the key by his father. A very friendly man and gave great tips about the area. On departure, we forgot my son's cuddly toy. Was called immediately and the cuddly toy was brought to the car. Really great! I recommend this accommodation to everyone and if we visit Annecy again I will come by again, thank you 😊

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's apartment - It was cozy and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location is about a 10 minutes walk away from the city centre and was very convenient to get around. The neighbourhood is peaceful and walkable from the train station. Check in and check out was efficient and quick too! Do note that this apartment is on a higher floor, so you will need to carry up your luggage.

A very nice and beautiful apartment with its nice rooms such as: The living room, bedrooms, toilets, bathroom and balcony. The sofa is just excellent, it can be used as a bed and has a duvet and pillow hidden in it. The comfort is really great! Very satisfying week, we were able to enjoy the festival to the fullest! A big thank you and a big congratulations to Walia for her investment and kindness. (The little surprise attentions are all cabbage!)

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

About 30 minutes away from Annecy. Easily accessible by bus and bike. lovely, quiet spot. plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. nice outdoor area. Our host responded very quickly whenever we needed him.

Such a lovely appartment, and the use of the bikes is brilliant as it means you can get around Annecy so quickly on the great cycle paths that run right past the property. The view and garden is spectacular and the windows, shutters and thick old walls mean it’s always cool and quiet. Nadine responded quickly and preempted any questions we had. Would definitely rebook.
