Perfect for our spring weekend getaway with our dog! Close to downtown Ellicottville and Allegany State Park.

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

This was a cozy home away from home for our family of five! Terri was an excellent host though we didn’t need her much. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and had almost everything we needed there (the exception was a vegetable peeler). The hot water was excellent. We walked to a nearby grocery store for donuts. The kids enjoyed the porch swing. Overall, a great spot!

We love staying at the Large Bakery Apartment! We stay here now every time we’re in town visiting family. Feels like home away from home.

Melody's place was charming and well appointed. The king size bed was very comfy.

My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Jo was very kind, helpful, easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. The beds were super comfy and the little "extras" like coffee and a few dinks made the stay enjoyable. Lovely location and had surrounding peaceful and beautiful property. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Our stay at Doris's is always a great experience. We look forward to seeing you next year for our fishing trip. Her cabin is peaceful, clean and equipped with everything we need!! Convenient location between Dunkirk and Fredonia. Close to the College, the Lakefront, shopping and walking distance to the ice cream shop! Home was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay - kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. We especially enjoyed the outside areas - front porch and back deck. Host was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

We had such a great time and already cannot wait to come back. The house was extremely clean, had everything you need, and offers the most beautiful and private view of the lake. It has the perfect view of the sunset! Jeff and Anne were extremely responsive if we needed to reach out and made the place feel right at home. There are a ton of areas within the house and around the property to relax and see the lake. Also a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stories and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, perfect for walks. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in the midst of wineries. Very cozy and charming home everyone was comfortable. My toddler got a kick out of the trains behind the property! We didn't find them annoying even at night. Melissa was a great host and the home was very clean and quite!

Claire was very friendly and helpful with advice such as where to see Memorial Day parade. She helped me carry things to car when I was leaving.

my wife and I agreed that this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at. The location was private and just a few miles outside of town. so much to do plenty of hiking trails, state parks, and of course right next to lake erie was a plus. I loved that we had so much space in the house for our children. Would highly recommend and we definantly are planning on being back in the future

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous stay at Victoria and Kris' place. The space was very comfortable and cozy, fully stocked with all amenities. The home was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was perfect quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.
