Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chautauqua

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

House is very cute. Close to shops and restaurants. The set up worked very well for us with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. Very neat house. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay there in the future.

Definitely the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Clear instructions provided prior to arrival and throughout the home. The location was perfect for walking to town and exploring the shops and restaurants. Convenient driving distance to wineries and the Lucy-Desi Museum and National Comedy Center. Kris was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was safe and friendly!

John’s place was perfect for our needs. Convenient to the lake and area events. Extremely well organized house with everything you needed. Beautiful yard. Plenty of parking, quiet street for a Main Street. Walking distance to a wonderful local restaurant. Very detailed welcome book. Small town charm! Thank you.

Aimee’s home was a spaciousness gathering place for 4 friends to spend the weekend together. Because it rained alot one day, we just relaxed at the house. The space was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this beautiful home. We were in the area for a funeral and it was so nice to come back and unwind at John's home. Especially liked the covered porches. The location was nice, close to town but the neighborhood was quiet.

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

Place was clean and it was exactly as it was described. Also had climate control going for our arrival.

While the curb appeal of Josh’s home is modest, the apartment itself is fabulous! Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, new furniture and pleasantly decorated. Josh clearly put a lot of thought into what a renter might need and supplies it in the apartment. He thought of everything. A great experience renting this Airbnb.

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

Perfect for our spring weekend getaway with our dog! Close to downtown Ellicottville and Allegany State Park.

Terri’s place was wonderful! Had a girl’s trip to the National Comedy Center. We always felt safe. The place was close to the city and museum. Very homey and well appointed. Terri had great coffee and tea supplies and some snacks. The bathroom had useful toiletries. Beds were comfy. We definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay, even better than we expected. So clean and well-appointed, quiet and private, with many thoughtful details. Such a pleasure to be there. We are grateful.

Private and clean! Comfortable stay near family. It was just two of us for three days and we had more than we needed to enjoy our time in the area. Both units were occupied during my stay but we never crossed paths with the other guests. There are stairs - about 1.5 flights - which were not a problem for us at all, just a data point to consider if you have mobility issues. We did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the sauna, but it looked like a slice of heaven! Thank you for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!

Great location and stay

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great location for everything! Would stay here again next time we travel to area.
