Everything about Dave's place was great! Exactly as described!

The house is beautifully restored, featuring high-end woodwork, finishes, and thoughtful details. The bathrooms were generously stocked with towels, toiletries, and other personal items. The kitchen is spacious, functional, and equipped with every amenity you could need—and more. The grounds are very well maintained. We visited in June when the garden was full of blooming flowers, lush plants, and mature trees—creating a gorgeous setting for outdoor meals. Megan was not only a welcoming host, but she also anticipated our needs and communicated clearly before and throughout our stay. Everyone truly enjoyed the visit, making it a very special experience. We highly recommend this beautiful historic home! Not only is it a beautiful, well appointed historic home with fantastic lake views in a cute lakeside neighborhood, but it was super comfortable for our group. We were able to keep our kayaks down by the community dock, which is only a 5 min walk away from the home, the entire week. The hot tub was great. I highly recommend laying in the hammock and looking up into the trees. We cooked a few full meals and found everything we needed. There are real wine glasses which we greatly appreciated. The neighborhood being a short walk from Chautauqua Institution the week after the programming ended was an added bonus, as all are free to enter once programming concludes. We hope to return to this wonderful place soon!

Three moms wanted to have a quiet, relaxing getaway and just have girl time. Worked out just how we wanted. The home is huge, beautiful, peaceful and clean. Had everything we needed for the stay. Jen was very patient with me and responsive. Super nice!!😊 there were just 3 of us, but definitely could have stayed with the entire family if we wanted to, there’s plenty of room for a nice family stay.

This was our fourth time renting with an extended family group. We love the house because of the location as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is always a pleasure to deal with Bill, he is always respnsive and checked in with us several times before the actual stay.

Our families had a great Memorial Day weekend at Lauras place. Lots of room and in a great location! Laura and Gloria were very responsive and took care of an issue we ran into right away. Would recommend and come back

We took our kids up skiing for their second time. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. Check in and check out instructions are very detail and helpful. We loved it! We definitely want to go again. If this place is available BOOK IT

Had everything we needed. Place was clean and the host had good communication.

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay the night on our way to Niagara Falls and came across this gem. Its the most unique, beautiful, peaceful place. Angie the host and her family were very accommodating and friendly. We even sat with them by the fire for the night. The cabins are perfect sizes and very well kept. You can tell she takes pride in them and just wants everyone to enjoy their stay. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I've stayed before, and I will continue to come back. Hands down the best host to deal with. Extremely friendly, lightning fast responses, and over the top accommodating and inviting. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, more peaceful weekend get away. Thank you again so much. Absolutely love the new cabin! So clean and spacious. Every cabin so far has been the perfect level of cozy, yet simple. Can't wait to come back again!

Awesome stay at the good vibes cabin. We had a great time it’s affordable and only an hour and a half from Niagara Falls. Super clean beautiful scenery. Highly recommend off the hook seafood in dunkirk NY only 20 minutes away. The first night Angela introduced herself to us and showed us where everything was and was very welcoming and accommodating definitely stay here if you want to camp and have a peaceful stay. Will be staying again.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!
