Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying with Isabelle and her husband. In particular, she offers local meals for the evening at very reasonable rates and it was delicious! The place is quiet, the bedding is very comfortable. The accommodation contains everything you need to arrive with suitcases and rest directly. Really great! Recommended +++!

This is a beautiful place to stay

What a wonderful place! A cozy chalet, lovingly decorated. You will encounter small 'surprises' everywhere. We'll leave that aside, otherwise it's no fun. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of birds singing, with a view of the mountains from your bed. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sun on your own terrace. A garden with a lot of biodiversity, wonderful to relax in when you are not going out. A bakery with fresh bread is within walking distance. Wouldn't you like a cottage like that yourself? We stayed there for a week but it could have been longer. Annecy and Chamonix are just an hour's drive away, but there is also a beautiful area closer by. Lydie is an attentive host who also came up with tips and communicates nicely. We didn't lack anything. We really enjoyed it!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia's. The photos don't do it justice. It is a really beautiful, modern apartment, in a really peaceful area. It is about 25 minutes walk to the old town or a short taxi ride. Patricia was a brilliant host.

Stunning AirBnB and wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very high standard, from the furniture to the comfy beds, great showers, and the stunning outside space - pool and decking was a brilliant place to relax in the evening. The hosts, Eric and Stephanie are truly lovely people, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very kind with our dog aswell. Such a treat to come to somewhere like this and be able to bring our dog. The area is a small village between the mountains and lake. You need a car, but nothing is too far. Would recommend the restaurant in the village and the grocery store, bakery and cheese shop in the next village. If near Annecy again, I would definitely book this accommodation. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Aimé’s house is beautiful. It has private parking as well. It was perfect for us. There is a supermarket and pharmacy a block away. It was a 10 min drive to the lake. We were attending the Annecy Animation Festival and my colleagues and I felt very comfortable sharing the space because it gave us great shared space with individual private rooms for all of us. Aimé was amazing, always very responsive and making sure we had all we need. She very kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure.

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

I thank Laurent for his great kindness. Our stay was really very pleasant in a beautiful setting. The cottage matches the photos and is very well-equipped. You will find everything you need to cook with all types of accessories and machines as well as a lot of equipment made available to make you feel at home. There are raclette machines and there are fondue machines. All linens are provided as well as towels. Laurent also allows us to come with our animals which is a great plus for this stay. I would totally recommend this place which allows us a total change of scenery. See you soon.

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation. The only thing is that it is located in an artisanal area. We spent a weekend there, it was quiet, it must not be the same during the week... It's a shame, because the view of the mountains, if you block out the companies, is very beautiful

Vincent was very pleasant on the phone and was able to fix small hot water problems quickly the day after our arrival.

The chalet is perfectly located to walk into Les Carroz town centre, with the patisserie a 5m in walk away. The Chalet is an older style property that has been updated on the inside to a high standard. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities, with large communal dining and lounge area, with a fire. The bedrooms are excellent and the bed linen was fantastic. We were met on arrival and shown around. the fire was already lit and there was a welcome pack of local produce, which was a lovely start to our trip. We were extremely happy with the chalet and would happily recommend it to others.
