Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

We had a fantastic week at La Gigon, so peaceful and relaxing, it had all we needed and more. Our 3 kids (6-9 years) had a ball in the pool and using all the games room had to offer. Judy was friendly and easy to communicate with and Jackie her property manager was welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend La Gigon and would love to return in the future.

Wow!! Marie's house was beautiful and in lovely, tranquil surroundings. We were a party of 5 and the house and amenities were perfect. It was great to have a swimming pool to cool off from the summer sun. We booked for a week at a late stage but from the first enquiry to Marie and throughout our time there Marie was always very quick and helpful to respond. We absolutely recommend this wonderful house and host, but hopefully there will still be the opportunity for us to book again when we are in the Charente.

We spent a dream weekend with friends (5 people) in this very beautiful house in absolute quiet in the middle of the vineyards and very well equipped very largely above the average of rentals that stick to the bare essentials. Note the very good welcome from Lucy whose briefing is complete. A real favorite that we recommend.

Functional and well arranged accommodation. Bucolic and quiet environment despite the passage of the A10 motorway nearby (traffic noise). See if it's not more inconvenient to enjoy the terrace in summer... Well located in relation to sightseeing in this area. Friendly and available host.

Very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, a real pleasure for the eyes. Philippe and Jocelyne welcomed us in person and with open arms. 1 st breakfast on the house, everything is included, even butter and jam💕 The accommodation is very well equipped. There's even toothpaste if you forget to slip it into the toiletry bag😉. For the kitchen, it's very nice to find salt, pepper, even the necessary for the vinaigrette. This is far from the case everywhere! It helps and it's a big plus. Florian, our two dogs Pakito and Olaf, and I greatly enjoyed our two days with you. We highly recommend Philippe and Jocelyne's accommodation. PS: very nice walks to do with your animals.

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

Second time we have rented the Maison du Bonheur, and there will certainly be a third time 😃 Beautiful house, always pleasant, clean and welcoming. It's a joy to enjoy good times with family in this beautiful house, where you can enjoy all the comforts. Emilie is a lovely host, always attentive to her tenants and accommodating. We had a wonderful week in this accommodation. Everything was as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The host was very responsive, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay. We felt right at home! Special mention for accepting our two dogs without any problems, it has become rare and we really appreciated it. Everything was in place for a successful vacation. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back. Again, thank you for a great week!
