The cottage is located on the banks of the CHARENTE, suitable for hiking or cycling (possibility to store bicycles). You can also discover the region by car: ANGOULEME (30 minutes) LA ROCHELLE (1 hr 15 minutes), BORDEAUX (1 hr 30 minutes) and the beaches of the ATLANTIC.

The Moulin has a bedroom on the top floor with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop on the ground floor. Also enjoy outdoor furniture to spend a quiet moment in a green setting.

There's free parking right in front, and there's always space. Very comfortable. Queen size bed, Netflix, Dolby surround, a nice folk guitar, a hamac. You should have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I keep th place impeccably clean and I expect my guests to respect the place. Have a great stay.
