Beautiful accommodation where we spent a great weekend with friends. The space outside is very pleasant and peaceful. The interior of the house is spacious and very well equipped. We will not hesitate to come back during a future stay in the region!

Wow!! Marie's house was beautiful and in lovely, tranquil surroundings. We were a party of 5 and the house and amenities were perfect. It was great to have a swimming pool to cool off from the summer sun. We booked for a week at a late stage but from the first enquiry to Marie and throughout our time there Marie was always very quick and helpful to respond. We absolutely recommend this wonderful house and host, but hopefully there will still be the opportunity for us to book again when we are in the Charente.

This was a lovely place to stay, as detailed in the description. We stayed for a week and the kids loved having a pool. The owners dog does roam in the garden, which our kids were a bit afraid of but the owners did try to call her back in. The other thing to note is that the property is very close to a train line so you hear the trains. We really enjoyed our stay with David and Corinne, they were on hand when we needed to ask things but even when they use their garden you don’t feel like they are intruding. We would definitely stay again.

We spent a dream weekend with friends (5 people) in this very beautiful house in absolute quiet in the middle of the vineyards and very well equipped very largely above the average of rentals that stick to the bare essentials. Note the very good welcome from Lucy whose briefing is complete. A real favorite that we recommend.

We stayed at Elodie’s house for four months and it was a great stay! The home is beautiful and clean. Location is great for peace and quiet while being close to Cognac. Last but not least, the hosts Elodie and Greg are welcoming and helpful with anything you might need. Will definitely stay again!

Despite a little friendly weather we had a great weekend with friends thanks to a large house very well equipped for both leisure (darts, foosball, billiards, games for children) and in terms of cooking utensils. We were able to spend pleasant moments together in this beautiful house while each having our own privacy space (many bedrooms and bathrooms). We have used the exteriors little but they are promising for a warmer weather. Fabrice was very responsive to my questions before our arrival.

We had a really great stay. We enjoyed a relaxing few days by the pool. The accommodation was very clean and we found the hosts to be very friendly and communication was 10/10.

Very good hosting by Nadège. This small comfortable studio was very clean and perfectly matched my expectations: completely independent, functional kitchen, clean bathroom, soothing decor, very good sofa bed bedding, parking in the courtyard right next door, wifi and network available. Great for medium stays. I recommend it and will go back without a problem.

We had a great time at Laëtitia's place. The place is beautiful, so is the place. This mix of modern wood and accessories is great. Laëtitia is a super host, very welcoming, responsive and available. I highly recommend this listing! In the event that we return to the area, we will return to this listing without hesitation.

The space was perfect for our friends wedding weekend in Cognac, we were within walking distance of good restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There was car parking spaces outside the front as well. All areas of the property were clean and exactly as described. We’re very happy to have found this place!

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

Michel and Linda are charming and caring people. The accommodation is perfect and looks new. Our short stay for 6 people went perfectly and we didn't miss anything, apart from maybe a little more time to get to know our hosts, we'll have to come back for longer!

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

An excellent stay with a very warm welcome in a very well located house a few minutes from Cognac. All the necessary amenities for a few days, a superb fireplace in case of cold. Beautiful and recommended!

The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available, with real attention to detail. The terrace, with its table and sun loungers, is also a real plus! The only small downside: the tenants downstairs are quite noisy.

We had booked Hermine's house for 9 nights, were very, very friendly received by the co-host Mélanie, who looked after us very nicely in person or by phone during our entire stay with all questions. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. For us, the location was ideal because we like peace and seclusion. The surrounding villages are very small and tranquil, but you can shop nearby. We did some bike tours, the paths are well developed. We also enjoyed Angoulème very much. All in all a nice stay and perfect care! Merci beaucoup à Mélanie! Note: The stairs to the upper floor are beautiful but not suitable for people who are not good on their feet. You must not enter with shoes, it has no handrail and is very irregular and smooth. But that was no problem for us.
