*Winter update: Jan/mid-March. Our fairly long flat gravel driveway is hard to navigate in snow. AWD, or heavier cars, are helpful. We will shovel some, allow sun to melt the remaining. The Brothers Great Room

Your private guest suite is located in Northern Albemarle County Virginia. We cannot allow cats(due to family members with allergies and the extra cleaning required) We are just off of Route 29 with easy access to local venues. The suite is up one flight of stairs. The Hummingbird is a cozy, quiet, apartment in my home. It has a private entrance, is 2 rooms and is perfect for a getaway. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is minutes to historic downtown Charlottesville and UVA. Wineries are also easy to get to. I provide a few baked goodies as I have a small on premises bakery where I make scones, quiche and seasonal pies for our local Farmer's Market. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the quiet and privacy.
