A cozy 1-bedroom “altbau” apartment on a charming street in Charlottenburg, just a 10-min walk away from Schloss Charlottenburg.The apartment has a separate bedroom, kitchen and a cozy living room with a big oak table and a large sofa. If needed, a big blown up mattress is available for extra sleeping space. This is our home, so the apartment is fully equipped and has everything you may need during your stay in Berlin. Various public transport options in close proximity (Sbahn, u12, u7, bus).

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Nähe zur Messe, Regierungsviertel oder Breitscheideplatz ist ideal für Dienstreisende. Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung & 200m entfernt in der Garage „Kantcenter“.

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich gestaltet, Angela ist sehr freundlich, alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Die ruhige Lage im Hinterhof und die Nähe zur Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr praktisch.

Ich habe mich in Beatrix’ Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer ist groß, ruhig und gemütlich – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Berlin. Die Lage mitten in Charlottenburg ist top: sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist die S-Bahn (mit direkter Verbindung zum Savignyplatz) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders dankbar war ich, dass ein späterer Check-in kein Problem war – 18 Uhr wäre für mich zu früh gewesen, aber Beatrix war sehr flexibel und hat 19:30 Uhr sofort zugesagt. Sie ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ich komme gerne wieder!

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Very kind and flexible host. It perfectly embodies the nature for which air bnb was born. The room is nice and with everything you need. There is an en-suite bathroom but as described by Andreas, the shower is shared in the apartment. Never had any issue for sharing the shower. One small suggestion, do not go to bed hungry because the bakery downstairs creates an incredibly good perfume of freshly baked bread.

Exzellent! Wunderschöne, bis ins Detail stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Live noch beeindruckender als bereits auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeber:innen waren sehr freundlich und und reagierten schnell und hilfsbereit auf Rückfragen. Aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit der Wohnung und einer allgemein rücksichtsvollen Atmosphäre hat man auch viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Man kann sich gut erholen. Kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Den Ursprungsgedanken von Airbnb findet man genau hier, bei Barbara. Sie öffnet ihr außergewöhnliches, mit viel Liebe und Mühe eingerichtetes Zuhause für uns Fremde. Und man selbst fühlt sich wie zu Gast in einem Schloss. An solch einem besonderen Ort wird man im Leben wohl nicht oft übernachten. :) Barbara ist ein herzlicher, offener und humorvoller Mensch mit künstlerischer und handwerklicher Gabe. Zwei Zimmer vermietet sie an Gäste. Man teilt sich gemeinsam ein Badezimmer. Beide Zimmer sind geräumig und laden zum Verweilen und gut schlafen. Es war sehr ruhig, trotz absolut zentraler Lage. Gleich vor der Türe liegt die Kantstr. mit ihren zahlreichen Restaurants. Jegliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenso umgehend zu erreichen. Die größte Überraschung war das morgendliche Frühstück, das Barbara ihren Gästen in ihrem Wohnzimmer liebevoll herrichtet. Gemeinsam sitzt man mit ihr am Tisch und es entstehen tolle Gespräche, über Berlin und das Leben. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It has character, was comfy and very clean. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs which was fine for us. The best thing about our experience was our introduction from the neighbour/ cleaner. Columbine gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home. Thanks for a nice stay.
