Holiday rentals with breakfast in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Beautiful detached house in a very quiet location with good connections to Berlin via the S2. We were only there for a short time. I can also well imagine longer stays.

Andrea is the kindest host. I had the most wonderful time staying with her and wish I stayed longer. There is plenty to do around the area, Andrea can give you recommendations. Truly felt so well looked after and I hope I can come back again. Thank you!

We felt welcome right from the beginning. Unfortunately, we were only there for a night, so we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of everything we were offered there. The house has a beautiful garden and is steps from the lake which we used for an evening walk. For dinner we drove to a good Italian restaurant in the neighboring village (Christian's recommendation). In the morning we were surprised with a breakfast. We would have loved to spend more time with the two of them and their dog Amy, so we are happy to recommend this place.

I was able to check in earlier than planned, which was very accommodating.

Dagmar was really a very nice person. Very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a lot there at her place. She came to pick me up from train station, explaned me about bus stops and stations very nicely. At her home, she showed me the entire house and explained me everything. She took me to supermarket by her own car. Her family is also very nice. Had some coffee evenings with Dagmar and her husband. I would highly recommended this place if someone wants to go there to live. As i went for few days, she also offered me to use some of their own grocery from kitchen. She is a great host. If i will go in future, i will definitely stay there. She made my international trip superspecial.

I spent one night in their Air Bnb and everything worked out great! The host responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating. As an improvement, I would just have a key to the room. Otherwise everything is great👍🏻

Staying at Liya’s place was a treat. She is such a welcoming host, I felt right at home from day one. Her place is about a 20 minute walk from TU Berlin. (Which was my main target). But it’s right next to a rail that will take you to Berlin Hbf, and from there to anywhere. There’s also a Falafel place right across the street that’s *to die for.* In all, I can’t recommend the place enough!

Chris is very friendly, place is clean, in really quiet neighborhood so we slept really well, sunny, spacious room in really good location. Apartment has nice old vibe to it, we really enjoyed it's ambience. It's 4th floor so reconcider taking up something heavy :D you can park on the street but there is parking meter and it's quite expensive. We'd come back for sure.

Excellent! Beautiful, stylishly furnished apartment down to the last detail. Even more impressive in person than in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly and helpfully to questions. Due to the spaciousness of the apartment and a generally considerate atmosphere, you also have a lot of peace and privacy. You can relax well. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this offer. The room is very clean and equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is also at a very high level of cleanliness. Great location if you like walking, but also good access to public transport.

We had a fantastic time in Henning’s. The location provides a calm base for exploring Berlin but is well connected to all areas by nearby tram/train routes. Bed is very comfortable, like really really comfortable :) Thank you!

The memory of my first visit was so good that after I returned from another region, I stayed at Zöhre's Airbnb again. It was still clean and comfortable. Zöhre and Simen took care of everything and helped me if needed so I never felt uncomfortable. There are many bus lines in the area, and within walking distance is a large shopping mall as well as a metro station, which made getting around very easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but there were also many amenities like Penny, McDonald's and restaurants that made the location very convenient. Thanks to this great place to stay, my trip has become an unforgettable experience!

A very spacious and quiet accommodation. Sonja was very courteous and friendly. Communication with her was also very quick and clear. The breakfast was perfect. Sonja was also available with advice and assistance for all other questions. Very happy to come back.

We can recommend this home to anyone who doesn't want to stay in an anonymous hotel room. It is a character house with history, open-minded and calm. People are attentive, the food delicious and the beds comfortable. Thank you Johannes and Montserrat for the lovely weekend.

Lydia was very kind and attentive. Her house is very nice, tastefully decorated. An old and also modernized house. Bed and bathroom are excellent.

The house is soulful, Wabby-Sabby, full of charachter and atmosphere. we had a clean, comfortable and spacious room overlooking the serene garden and the enchanting church. Breakfasts are a delight –we will miss the home made sourdough bread and fresh eggs from the free garden hens. Don’t miss out on the dinners with amazing hosts Johannes and Montserrat - nourishing in every realm. Beautiful surroundings, perfact for biking. Fields of flowers, lakes for swiming, rivers, forest, small sweet tows, short car ride from beautiful nature reserves. Looking forward to return to this restorative haven – heaven.

THE best airBnB experience! Barbara’s flat is so lovely and I felt like a princess staying in this room. Highly recommend!!
