Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The apartment was newly built to upscale standards in June 2021. The famous Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard is just a 3-minute walk away. It is on the ground floor and has two rooms. The first room is lockable with box spring bed. There is also an enclosed bathroom with shower. There's a shoe closet in the hallway. In the second room there is another box spring bed, a second new flat screen TV, a dining table for four people and an open kitchen.
