Very nice reception, individual advice, quick response to requests, helpful tips for visiting sights and surroundings, personal support by lending a bicycle. One family member only missed the first program on television... but only one.

Beautiful, large apartment in absolutely perfect because optimally connected location with (virtually) very friendly host, comfortable bed in quiet room to the back (sleeping with open window possible!), great shower, tasteful, personal furnishings (including great books), good coffee and even oat milk included... So I can only highly recommend this accommodation. Especially because it is obviously at least temporarily inhabited by Tomas himself (which is also indicated by the non-continuous availability in the calendar). For me, this is a huge plus, especially in large cities, which are all plagued by a lack of housing, especially in the central districts! Tip: Download the BVG app and get a "Berlin Welcome Card" for the duration of your stay so you can use any train and bus at any time (children included!). With the help of Maps, for example, you can always land right in front of your apartment door.

Max’s apartment is wonderful. It has great amenities and plenty of space, and it’s located near several really good restaurants, well stocked grocery stores, convenient public transportation stops, and multiple public parks. Max is also a great host. He always answered messages quickly and helped solve any issues that came up. Highly recommend!

Honestly, such a good place and such good hosts. It's literally on the outskirts of Berlin so it'll take quite a bit to get into Berlin proper (30 min - 1 hr). But if you want to be in the city, but still escape the chaos, loudness, etc., this is a great place! The hosts were so warm, inviting, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in their home. Really feels like an apartment and surprisingly spacious.

Exceptional location in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, bars, and grocery stores. A vibrant lively neighborhood! And a wonderful base to explore. A pleasant walk from here to Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, the main train station, and Brandenberg Gate. We enjoyed it so much we got 15-25k steps per day! The apartment is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Very spacious for two people. Includes a clothes washer and dryer. As advertised, it is a walk up a number of stairs, but we found that to be no problem at all. I highly recommend this place, and will seek it out on our next trip to Berlin!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hans' flat. The location is super central, so you can easily walk to most places. And if you don't want to walk, public transport is right around the corner. Many restaurants and bars are in the area as well, so there is always something to see and do. The flat itself was spacious and clean, the typical "Altbau"-style with the large windows and wooden flooring makes it even prettier. Hans was super nice and helpful. He always responded to messages quickly and we never worried about not being able to reach him in case of any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanks for the great time! Apartment is great for the bus stop. What is a little conspicuous is that the light is on at night and goes out in front of the door.

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Beautiful home! Helmuth was responsive and very helpful. The house is spacious with all the needed amenities and a yard perfect for the kids to play and adults to relax. We were so happy to have a nice retreat at the end of each full day of sightseeing!

A nice house with a terrace, we liked the quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen has solid basic equipment. Communication was always smooth and all questions were answered quickly. I can definitely recommend the place.

Quiet, peaceful, with great walks through nature.

A cozy space in a cozy neighborhood. It really felt like home. The apartment has all the comforts and is a great base for all the beauty that Berlin has to offer. Christian is a great host who responds quickly and adequately. Our stay with two teenagers was great!

The house on the lake is a true oasis for visitors. Especially with children (we had 3 children aged 1.5-2 years with us), the garden with the climbing frame, sandbox and swings is a true paradise. In 5 minutes walking distance you can watch cows and walk across the field. The accommodation has everything you need, we lacked nothing. Communication with Cathleen was flawless, fast and very friendly. We would like to thank you very much and would be happy to come back.

Centrally located in Berlin. Good beds and apartment with all comforts.

There were four of us in the apartment for two nights. Everything was as in the photos. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and there was everything you need, not only towels in the bathroom there was also shower gel, shampoo and even lotion. The kitchen was super equipped and even coffee was provided. We highly recommend this place. Raphael was super accessible and responded quickly to messages

I beautiful and unique apartment in my favorite part of Kreuzberg in Berlin. Spacious, luxurious and very quiet (inside the apartment) even with all the fun things to do outside the apartment. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. Our stay with Katrin and Ralf was once again highly recommended. It was already the second time we were here, and it feels like home every time. The warm hospitality makes the stay special.
