Apartment holiday rentals in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Marianne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, in ihrer Unterkunft habe ich mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist blitzblank, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und grün - zugleich ist man mit der U-Bahn schnell in der Stadt und das Olympiastadion ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann Mariannes Unterkunft absolut empfehlen :)

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Sascha ! c'était un plaisir de profiter de toutes les prestations dont les terrasses, en plus dans un emplacement calme, proche du centre historique . Je recommande !!

Un appartement charmant, assez spacieux et très bien équipé, a proximité d'un parc et des transports en commun. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, les instructions d'arrivée et du départ ainsi que toute la communication avec Johannes étaient tres claires. La propreté de l'appartement était impeccable et nous avons trouvé tout ceux dont on avait besoin et bien plus encore! Merci Johannes pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut.

Süße Wohnung, kleine Rückzugsoase vom Stadttrubel, gemütlich, sauber, alles da, habe sehr gut geschlafen, gute und nette Cafés drumrum, vom Hauptbahnhof sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen, die Kommunikation mit Manuel war sehr nett, schnell, entgegenkommend. Alles super. Komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Wohnung - wunderschöne Einrichtung, tolle Ausstattung, komfortable Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen! Jess war unheimlich freundlich und proaktiv, alles war sehr unkompliziert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt war kurz, aber sehr angenehm! Die Lage war für uns ideal, da wir gut parken konnten und sowohl zur Waldbühne, als auch in die Innenstadt binnen kurzer Zeit vor Ort waren. Der Check in war super einfach zu handhaben und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation mit Herrn Lappe. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in Berlin sind.

Great flat for a long weekend city break with my son. Alex was super responsive, proactive with the sleeping arrangements and generous with an early check-in/ late checkout. The flat is really peaceful, spotles,and feels secure with inner communal courtyard access. Great, vibrant neighbourhood, Would definitely visit again.

Loved the apartment-very convenient-nice safe family environment. Very clean and inviting. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

The location is great—SBahn, UBahn, busses that can take you anywhere in Berlin. The layout works well, the three of us had plenty of room. The outdoor balcony is private and great for breakfast. There are a number of smaller but well stocked groceries close by, also two bakeries for morning Brötchen. I’ve stayed in a number of Airbnb’s in Berlin—I’d stay here again.

L’appartement de l’hôte est impeccable, tranquille, intime, lumineux, devant un décor de verdure sans parler de la décoration intérieure sur le thème du cinéma français. À proximité se trouvent boulangerie, pâtisserie, charcuterie, fromagerie et épicerie grande surface en plus d’un marchand de vins. L’hôte nous a laissé des fruits, du yogourt, des fleurs fraîches et du vin. L’accueil est extraordinaire et très attentionné. Il est très facile de circuler grâce aux lignes de trams et au métro toutes proches. Nous retournerons sans hésiter à notre prochaine séjour à Berlin! Merci pour tout!!!

Very comfortable apartment, great facilities for cooking and walking distance to Berlin’s best food market (Saturdays and Wednesdays). It’s right on a canal that flows into the Spree and one can walk along it to Schloss Charlottenburg in one direction and the Tiergarten in the other direction Busses close by go everywhere else. Very quiet neighborhood

Alexander’s apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near great spots. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Alexander was an excellent host, he was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He gave great local tips and was very understanding when our travel plans changed. His hospitality made a big difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back :) Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Lora’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The apartment is beautifully decorated-straight out of a Pinterest board! It had all the necessary amenities and a lovely balcony with a sunset view. Lora even made us some homemade granola, which was delicious! The location is very good - there are underground stations close-by so it was very quick and easy to get to more central locations for sightseeing etc. (10-15mins max). I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!:)

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Daniel gab schnell Antworten und auch wenn es ein problem gab kam schnell eine reaktion. Sind super nett und freundlich, unterkunft ist für ein paar tage völlig ausreichend. Anschlüsse zu bus und bahn sind mind. 20 min zu Fuß entfernt aber es liegt schön gelegen ind ruhig. Kann diese wohnung nur empfehlen.
