James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

I only have good things to say about this place! I worked with Margo (the co-host) on having our engagement photoshoot and she was very friendly and nice about the whole thing! Unfortunately, my fiancé and I weren't able to sleep overnight, however, we loved the place so much that we are so so excited to come back and fully enjoy every ounce of relaxation that this place offers! The hosts were so thoughtful that they even left 4 dog bowls for our 4 dogs SHOULD we have decided to bring them :) we ended up not bringing any, but the thoughtful touch & ease of working with them about the pets and shoot was one of the nicest and easiest I've experienced yet. One small heads up about the eco shared bathroom! It didn't bother us at all, but it seems to literally be a hole deeeep down in the ground with ground limestone (I think) powder to pour into it to cover after yourself. Honestly, I prefer that over any portopotty ever lol. It was SUPER clean. No complaints! Just different:) very eco:)

We cannot say enough kind things about Jason & Larry! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, they were there ensuring our stay on the farm went as perfectly and as peacefully as possible! They have intentionally curated the most beautiful farm. They have created the most homey Airbnb we have yet to stay at. Every detail far surpassed the description of the property + place we read prior to visiting! We already have our return trip planned, y’all. Do not scroll past them gem of an Airbnb! My stay here at this tiny home was wonderful. It was very peaceful and private despite being behind larger full size home. Everything was very clean upon entry, and check in and check out were simple as well. The appliances and comforts of a full size home made my extended stay here very pleasant, and the size was perfect for one person or a couple. The host was also very helpful, responding almost immediately anytime I had a concern or question. Being near the college and behind another home I was concerned about noise and privacy, but I didn't encounter any problems with either. Plan to stay here again in the future.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. He was very great with communicating with us and his property was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful will recommend anyone to here

Absolutely beautiful tiny home on the lake with beautiful views and tons of amenities in the park!

This place was perfect for my husband and I to get away and relax. We played games, watched movies, and chilled by the fire pit. The space was very clean and looked just like the photos. Also, the pizza recommendation was excellent! It was all so perfect!

We just returned from 5 days at Austin's house on Lake Norman. Wow, there is nothing which could have made it better. First, have rented many places over the years; no one comes close to how well they treat their renters than Austin. He was always available, quick to reply and easy to reach. We encountered a couple of issues and Austin fixed them immediately. The house is furnished with everything one could want. The water items (boat and kayaks) made the time on the lake the most enjoyable it could be. The house is kept in pristine condition. Oh, forgot to mention the amazing hot tub and fire pit. Our grand daughters particularly loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit to make s'mores for everyone. Like us, you will be thrilled with your choice when you rent this home.

We enjoyed our time in the cozy cottage, close to the highway and easy to zip into the city. Randy went above and beyond to help me out when I left something behind!

We enjoyed this home & stayed for a few days. It's in a very quiet wooded area with grocery stores & shopping less than 10 minute drives away. Modern appliances and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The air conditioning works really well and there's a dehumidifier! Fast wifi, modern tv's in both bedrooms and the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Jeff’s place was a peaceful, quiet spot for our weekend trip to go hiking in the area. It has the basics for meal prep or warm up, small frig space. My son is 6’1” and could not stand up fully in shower but we saw that noted in previous review before booking. I slept in loft which was great space, comfortable mattress and my son slept on couch - fold out needs some repair/new mattress. Overall space met our needs for the weekend and at a descent price. Thanks, Jeff & crew for hosting us!

Karen’s home is beautiful! The pictures didn’t compare to how amazing the home looks in person. The back yard is private and has everything you could need in a getaway. The hot tub was great. Karen has offered a lot of options with things to do while you’re at her Airbnb. There is a projector screen on the back patio with multiple chairs to enjoy a movie outside and Karen even offers heated blankets for when it’s cold! All around we loved our stay at carol’s cottage and will definitely be planning to come back. Karen was respectful, reasonable & attentive as our host. I would recommend to anybody to come stay here. It’s worth the trip!

Therese’s cottage is lovely. The perfect respite from the hustle and bustle at the PGA championship in Charlotte. Relaxing in the tub and the beautiful bed each night after a long day of walking was something I look forward to each evening. I highly recommend this lovely cottage for a peaceful, lovely getaway.

George's "Shedquarters" was absolutely perfect! Even better than described, it was peaceful, cozy, and easy to access. It was EXTREMELY clean which is the most important for me but second to that was the bed was super comfortable!! We had a long weekend in NC constantly packed with driving or walking for the time we were there, but when we finally got to our tiny little space it so so easy to get comfy! George was incredibly friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Thank you so much! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

I absolutely LOVED Ms. Shirley’s home!! The pictures were accurate and it’s really not far from anything just like the description says. Everything was very clean and it just felt good to be in that space. Check in was smooth and Ms. Shirley communicated very well. 10/10 stay, I would definitely recommend and/or book again! 🫶🏾
