Waterfront holiday rentals in Charlotte Harbor

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

My room was clean and comfortable, with all listed amenities. The location is near the water and comfortably peaceful. Overall the place is a pretty solid value for anyone looking to avoid the nearby resort costs.

Excellent find! This little spot is perfect for us! Easy to find, everything we needed was there, beautiful coastal vibe, and lots of extras!

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

As advertised… clean, updated and exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

My husband I spent the month of March at Serenity and found it to be an exceptional experience! The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the lanai and pool area and spent many happy hours there. The online guidebook was extremely helpful, and being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. We feel that Brandi and Scott have put a lot of effort into making this home welcoming and inviting to everyone. Communication was easy and response time was short. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it's a short drive to anywhere in Punta Gorda. We highly recommend Serenity and are planning to return next year!

We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

An exceptional place!!! Beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. The huge front porch afforded us and our pups the joy of a stunning water view and pretty sunsets. The home is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. The large windows let us enjoy every aspect of the pretty view. We got to walk everywhere and were able to enjoy the many local restaurants near by. We even got some fishing done right across the street in the riverfront. The host was very kind and responsive. We truly loved our stay and appreciated that our pups were allowed to join us! Hope to return soon!

Place was great for our stay. It was clean upon arrival and had all the necessary items for a complete stay. We stayed for about two weeks and had a great time. Would stay again when in the area.

Hello all. I highly recommend scheduling a stay at this beautiful home and location. There are many things to do inside, outside and away from the home. Our kiddos were fishing, swimming kayaking and playing games. Not to mention, all of the space for the fur babies to roam freely! We even got a free concert from a neighbor playing a guitar, who had a great voice! 🎵 Our family would go out to enjoy the towns around there and return to make supper and sit down in the HUGE open dining area, that over looks the canal and swimming pool. We spent days at the local beaches in search and FINDING many shark teeth and shells. Man, what a place this was! My family and I are extremely thankful to David for giving us the opportunity or I should say for sharing/opening up his home to us. The communication was great. David responded within minutes to the many questions we had. We would most definitely be returning! ●Hey David, let us know when you want to sell it● hahaha! 👍🏻🙂 Thanks again!!

Booked for an extended weekend stay with out of state family. The house was clean and as described. The provided air mattresses was nice. We couldnt figure out how to turn on the fan or light in one of the rooms. The boat in the pics is not the boat you get. The boat is still good, we used it multiple times. The boat orientation was beneficial, just make sure the guy brings his wallet with him. While showing us where to fuel he went to fill the boat and "forgot" his wallet so we ended up paying for fuel twice. There are multiple forms to fill out to stay here, all electronic which is nice but Ive never had to fill out a waiver for a pool. Couldnt find the pump for the raft that you pull behind the boat, sent a message to ask and never received a reply. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need. Would definitely book again as the trip was much needed and the access to the boat is a great added bonus. The area is quiet and relaxing. Stores are close by. Overall good experience

We are very sad to leave this beautiful town. It will be hard to go back to ice and snow. We had wonderful weather, the house was great and Greg responded immediately to questions we had and did everything he could to make everything good. We hope to be back.

We loved our stay at Edmund’s place. The perfect place to stay for beach access right out your front door.. it was so nice to be able to have a bathroom and food/snacks such a short walk from the beach!

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

We stayed in this lovely place last year and will keep returning! It a perfect location if you love a quiet beach side stay. The renovations are beautiful and Nicholas was very responsive to communication. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Everything was exactly as described — just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. Our stay was amazing. The condo is roomy beautiful and so many extras that I have never had at an Airbnb before. Beds super comfortable. Pool was so refreshing, clean and hardly anyone there except for us. Fishing dock was really nice! Lots of fish to see and schools of snook close to shore feeding on the minnows. We fished the end of the dock and my older son caught a nice trout, snapper and a bunch of snook that were too small to keep but still fun to catch. We saw dolphins in the distance feeding every night off the end of the dock. My older son and his wife life in Port Charlotte. We have stayed at 3 other condos and I can finally say we found the place we like the best for our visits. I met a very sweet lady named Sheila down on the dock and she is an owner. She really cares about the complex and who comes around, who is supposed to be there and who isn't. Owners deserve to feel safe and have everyone follow the rules. We absolutely loved our stay and def will be back.

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.
