Holiday rentals with a pool in Charlotte Harbor

Hello all. I highly recommend scheduling a stay at this beautiful home and location. There are many things to do inside, outside and away from the home. Our kiddos were fishing, swimming kayaking and playing games. Not to mention, all of the space for the fur babies to roam freely! We even got a free concert from a neighbor playing a guitar, who had a great voice! 🎵 Our family would go out to enjoy the towns around there and return to make supper and sit down in the HUGE open dining area, that over looks the canal and swimming pool. We spent days at the local beaches in search and FINDING many shark teeth and shells. Man, what a place this was! My family and I are extremely thankful to David for giving us the opportunity or I should say for sharing/opening up his home to us. The communication was great. David responded within minutes to the many questions we had. We would most definitely be returning! ●Hey David, let us know when you want to sell it● hahaha! 👍🏻🙂 Thanks again!!

Lisa is an amazing host! Very responsive and reached out to welcome me before my trip. She was also very accomodating to my change in plans and made it very easy to do. The house was absolutely perfect! It was comfortable, very clean, very well stocked. I felt like I was at my own house! I will absolutely be staying here again!

It was truly a wonderful experience for me and my family. My boys absolutely enjoyed the house, the pool and the hot tub. The home is very spacious and is a great fit for a family. Having two living rooms was a plus for us. One for the kids to watch the tv and movies and the other for quiet relaxing and enjoying conversations with others. Very good location; grocery store less than 7mins away, stores and restaurants right down the road and even a movie theater 12 minutes away. The host has her personal touch throughout the home and does an outstanding job communicating with the guests for any needs. I would recommend this stay to anyone, couple or family that wants a place to stay and play and relax and enjoy some Florida sun! You won’t be disappointed! We’re definitely coming back!

Sean’s place was great, did a little fishing out back in canal, swam in pool, we enjoyed our stay there while we were working, Sean was very responsive and helpful getting checked in! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area Also Go Check out the new Kahwa Coffee on Cochran Blvd! We just finished that project!

This house was beautiful and provided a welcome escape from real-life for our weeklong vacation the saltwater pool and hot tub were wonderful and we enjoyed them every chance we got! The decor is beachy and tasteful and the home isn’t cluttered. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, such a great vacation and we would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at Edmund’s place. The perfect place to stay for beach access right out your front door.. it was so nice to be able to have a bathroom and food/snacks such a short walk from the beach!

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

We stayed in this lovely place last year and will keep returning! It a perfect location if you love a quiet beach side stay. The renovations are beautiful and Nicholas was very responsive to communication. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Everything was exactly as described — just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Thank you Judy! We really enjoyed our stay it was delightful sitting out looking at the Marina watching the boats and the Sunset! Cass Cay is a great place to get dinner, drinks and listen to great music! Met your neighbor Mark and his friends Jim and Debby very nice to meet and talk with them. Our stay was amazing. The condo is roomy beautiful and so many extras that I have never had at an Airbnb before. Beds super comfortable. Pool was so refreshing, clean and hardly anyone there except for us. Fishing dock was really nice! Lots of fish to see and schools of snook close to shore feeding on the minnows. We fished the end of the dock and my older son caught a nice trout, snapper and a bunch of snook that were too small to keep but still fun to catch. We saw dolphins in the distance feeding every night off the end of the dock. My older son and his wife life in Port Charlotte. We have stayed at 3 other condos and I can finally say we found the place we like the best for our visits. I met a very sweet lady named Sheila down on the dock and she is an owner. She really cares about the complex and who comes around, who is supposed to be there and who isn't. Owners deserve to feel safe and have everyone follow the rules. We absolutely loved our stay and def will be back.

It was a great stay !! The Airbnb is so cute and pool area is perfect!! Host was very friendly and welcoming:))
