Very convenient to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at the boathouse. It is our third visit and it never disappoints. The boathouse was clean and cozy. Pam and Dave are lovely hosts.

We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The condo was clean and had some great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This upstairs rental has no separate entrance and has only a curtain and shade to separate it from the rest of the home. However, the listing does explain this, and this drawback was outweighed by all the positives. The rental is clean and has convenient amenities. Peaceful, quiet setting. You can fall asleep to the waves of Lake Michigan and wake up to the birds singing. Just a small stairway to the beach, short walk to town. Deck with reclining chairs offers great views for birdwatching and stargazing. Sue is an incredible host. Great sense of humor. Very flexible and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Gave us a fun tour of the island, taught us a lot about the history, gave us recommendations, and did everything she could to make us feel welcome and at home.

We could not be happier with our stay in East Jordan. We had a family wedding to attend at our very old family cottage and we were less than 10 minutes from the site of the wedding. Gloria was very helpful when we had trouble getting the Wi-Fi and did not give up until it was rectified. If we ever need to find a place near to our Michigan cottage again, we will definitely try to stay at this AirB&B again.

Natalie & Brian were very proactive about asking if we needed anything, if everything was going well. Great to answer questions about local hikes and different bays on the island. The island is a great place for people who like the outdoors, birding, biking, kayaking or snorkeling(in summer). The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Natalie and Brian are outstanding examples of what it means to be an islander. The grocery store is right next door if you want to cook, if not the cafe downstairs is open at 8am til 2. I recommend the French toast!! There are a few other places to eat near the ferry dock.

Mary Beth and her husband were VERY friendly yet not intrusive. Everyone we talked to on Beaver Island were friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate every meal at the apartment and never felt like something was missing or needed. My sister in law slept in the bedroom and said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the couch and it too was comfortable. Lastly, it was nice to not have a long list of ‘to do‘s’ before checking out! We would book again without hesitation!

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob and Lisa’s place!

Returning to this place is like home. Very nice and peaceful. The lake was good to us this year, fishing was good and had some fantastic sunrises. Looking forward to planning for next year.

This house worked perfectly for our group consisting of two families with young children. There were even a few unexpected additions that came in handy for us including an already set up full size crib and a high chair for our use. All instructions were clearly provided. The house has gorgeous views and was nice and clean. The location is also great - close to downtown and easy access to the lake. The only negatives for us were that the hot tub cover was cumbersome, deteriorating, and in need of replacement. It left styrofoam debris in the hot tub whenever it was moved. The light in the hot tub also did not work. That being said, we still enjoyed the hot tub. One bedroom also had a strong musty odor, but was managed by opening a window. Overall we would definitely come back!

The house was amazing! The set up was perfect. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay!

A delightful cottage on the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. You can hear the waves from the deck. The home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend Lizzie’s home.

This home was absolutely perfect for our lake getaway! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The views were stunning and the location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would absolutely come back again. My family had a fantastic stay here! The location is AMAZING. You really can’t beat the distance to the ferry if you’re planning to go to Mackinac island, it’s truly down the street to the ferry station, not even a 5 minute walk. There’s also a fascinating Ojibwa museum next door and an ice cream place within walking distance for more fun activities in the area. The host Oxana was very nice and responsive, and the airbnb looks exactly like the pictures! The pull out couch is also very comfortable. Would love to visit again! :)

Super host. Kelley quickly responds to any questions. Clear, easy check in and check out instructions. Home is clean, well maintained and spacious. Wonderful gourmet kitchen. Pick up some local produce and have fun creating a great meal. Excellent , central location. Walk out the door to downtown, sandy beaches plus just a few minutes drive to several nearby public beach access areas.

We stayed with another couple at this condo for a golf trip and loved everything about it! Convenient location and the views are unrivaled! The condo was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating! It was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Edgewater Inn! The staff decorated our room for our honeymoon and the room had an amazing view and great location. Highly recommend!

Great condo - even brighter, cheerier, and roomier than pictured! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of linens and beach towels, games, well stocked kitchen.... and the view of the lake is fantastic! There were no neighbors when we were there so it was very quiet. Just minutes to Nub's Nob and the Highlands. Lots of choices for restaurants near by and good grocery store nearby. Host was ultra available and accommodating with lots of instructional / helpful signage throughout the condo, lots of extras!!! Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to going back!!

Nice and cozy place and it was a perfect middle ground between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. This place would be a great spot for summer time activities, but it was exactly what we needed for our ski trip. The bed was a too soft for our liking, but other than that everything was great!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place and was exactly as described- beautiful lake view/sunsets, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and great layout for multi-family (a plus I could bring my pup along)! It was a perfect centralized location to the activities we had planned for Memorial Day weekend (1 hr to Mackinaw City, 1 hr to Traverse City, 10 minutes to Boyne City, 30 minutes to Charlevoix and Petoskey). Elizabeth was very responsive and ensured check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We selected East Jordan because it was central to the places we wanted to go to on our self-determined “color tour”. The Breezeway was often traveled and beautiful! This was a great location to hit Traverse City, Mackinaw Island/City, Boyne Mountain, etc. Highly recommend, as the unit was a perfect size, just as the pictures show, and Steve was a great and responsive host.

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.
