Holiday rentals with breakfast in Charlevoix County

Beautiful location, steps from the water. Charming, cozy home with many places to relax and take in the lovely Michigan summer. Malcolm made delicious breakfasts for us each morning, which he served to us on the back porch looking onto the lake. He also gave many thoughtful recommendations for enjoying the area and took care to make sure we were able to navigate. As advertised, the old infrastructure of the house allows sound to carry through the rooms, so those seeking total privacy would be wise to look elsewhere. Otherwise, wholeheartedly recommend!

Beautiful clean home. Great view from every window; we love being at the lake. Very responsive host. Even offered the convenience of free grocery delivery. Amenities were considerate for the number of guests the home allows. Check out was pretty simple (which was nice). Will return in the future!

This was our second stay with Boyneland Vacation Rentals in the Creekside community at Boyne Mountain resort and this is the best unit we have stayed at. The condo was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and had an amazing view. Beautiful and peaceful setting, also close enough to the main lodge for dining and fun. Our kids loved exploring the outdoors and taking a dip in the hot tub. Lindsay was always responsive and a great host. We will be staying here again when we return next April.

We had a really great stay here. The house was actually large enough for a big group. The bedrooms were huge, and spacious. As a party of 9 we still had plenty of extra room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was also on a very quiet street, which was nice. Thanks for the great stay, we felt very welcome!

Malcom and Jamila were pleasant hosts to stay with. The hospitality in their home was personal and eye opening. Our room did not have heat and Jamila was courteous enough to turn on the heating pad on the mattress before we arrived each night so that we did not feel cold. Malcolm, though more reserved, was passionate about the history of his family and their cottage and it was evident in the plentiful and beautiful decor. They were both knowledgeable about the area and seemed happy to accommodate any questions or concerns that we had. Not many places actually put the Breakfast in BnB and we were appreciative of that! The views out on the front were spectacular and there was wildlife abound.

I think this is my fourth stay at Judy's place and it feels comfortable, familiar and like a friend's home to me now. It's so convenient for skiing at Nub's Nob and Highlands and is such a restful place to stay. I always get a great night of sleep and enjoy our conversations over tea or coffee in the morning before I head out to ski. Django (very sweet dog) and Judy are both starting to feel like old friends!

Judy is a very welcoming host. Recommend to any couples or singles in town for Nubs or the Highlands that are looking for a room.

The inn was very charming and lively, and one can appreciate the care that goes into giving each room a distinct personality. Joe was a gracious host and my stay was very pleasant. Lake Charlevoix is beautiful, as is the whole region. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the B&B, hosted by the awesome Jessica and Chris! They were very helpful and greeted us even with our late check-in. The inn is beautiful and made us feel like we wanted to live there. The room was cozy and very clean, with our own bathroom. Every evening we turned in the breakfast options and next morning they cooked delicious meals. Many options for coffee or tea, even to go. We didn't attend the complimentary wine tasting, we were too tired after full days of skiing at the Highlands. Btw, it's only 5 minutes to the resort, can't beat this! The service and the location, puts the inn on top of the list for next year.

Jessica and Christopher were great! So helpful, so nice and pleasant, so accommodating! Great hosts, definitely would return! They make a great breakfast too!

My husband and I were traveling through Michigan to see the fall foliage. We enjoy staying at Bed & Breakfasts so chose Sunflower Inn based on their website and reviews. Spent two nights in the Magnolia Room which had a comfy king bed, flat screen tv and a private bathroom with all the amenities. Coffee/tea plus a little tray of cookies available all day. Even a mini-frig for guests. Breakfast was made to order. Omelets or waffles, fruit, bacon, toast coffee/OJ. Perfect location with a 10-15 minute walk downtown. John and Lydia are gracious host. We enjoy hiking outdoors and John gave us some ideas. He even drew us a map. Enjoyed our conversations with them. Felt very comfortable in their home. It's a great place to stay in Charlevoix!

Cool spot to stay. Joseph and his crew were great. Breakfast was fantastic. Good ambiance. There’s a bar downstairs if you want a drink and to hang out. The only drawback was sharing bathrooms with the rest of the guests, but there are several bathrooms, so it’s not a real big deal. I’d recommend the spot, and you’re right in East Jordan by Lake Charlevoix.

Nice, clean homey place to stay. What else does one need?

it's a fabulous place to stay! breakfast was great and not the usual continental breakfast but full breakfast included in the price. dinner is extra but one of the best I have had. very much recommended.
