Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Holzer Hospital. We have several other restaurants non chain, museums in our area. A list of things to do will be in the cottage or feel free to ask Tim or Bev.

In the past our Cellar House was home to canned garden vegetables, potatoes, and apples. Today up to 2 guests can enjoy their relaxing farm visit in the newly renovated yet rustic upper room. Hiking on property, campfire area, fishing in our Spring Fed Pond. Located near Elk River State Park for a day of Biking, river swimming, & Kayaking. Drive the back road to New River National Park for an adventure. This room is set up for a short visit or a long stay. Hot homemade fresh breakfast incl!

Hummingbird Cottage on the Greenbrier River

Since the advent of covid-19, we have made some changes to help safeguard our own health and that of our guests. Please see below for details. Hummingbird Cottage is just off the main road on the banks of the Greenbrier River in the lovely hamlet of Fort Spring. The cottage features 2 private bedrooms and one bathroom. An open floor plan and large windows make for a bright and airy interior. There is direct access to the river and ample private parking. Self check-in with keycoded entry.
