Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Charleston

This was our first time visiting Charleston. Kerrie had lots of great recommendations and tips for us. The house is in a great location and has a nice fenced backyard.

Very responsive! Clean comfortable home in a good location near plenty of things to go and do but far enough away to be quiet at night. Will definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Charleston. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, one block from King St, and steps away from some of Charleston’s best restaurants (Chubby Fish is around the corner!) The driveway/private parking is tight, but convenient, and the place itself was spotless and exactly as pictured. I brought my dog on this trip and had peace of mind when I left him alone that he was comfortable and had plenty of space (he was too scared to go up the steel/spiral staircase though up to the loft, so just be aware if you have a large dog!) Overall had a great time here and would stay again! :)

Azalea Suite was exactly as pictured. We loved the pretty decor and everything was designed thoughtfully. The unit was clean and nicely organized. We also loved the location of this unit. I had lived in Charleston before and volunteered at MUSC, which was 1 block from the house. My daughter and I walked all over the peninsula, enjoying the beauty and charm.I only used my car to go to Folly Beach one day (quick and easy drive) and during a rainstorm to go to the Charleston City Market. Otherwise, we walked everywhere. This location is safe and there are lots of great coffee shops and stores close by. It’s also a few blocks from King Street, which is a main shopping and eating street. In particular, we enjoyed Bad Bunnies Coffee, Daniela’s Market, and had a fabulous meal at Bistronomy by Nico. Despite there being 6 units in this building and several in surrounding houses, it was quiet and everything worked smoothly, including parking. I would happily stay in one of Rob’s units again.

We can highly recommend Brandon’s Cabin. Especially the back yard and patio is beautiful and a huge plus. We would definitely book again in the future.

The neighborhood was quiet and the home was great!! It accommodated my friends and I perfectly! Daniel was very friendly and helpful!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house has such character to it. The beds are the most comfortable. I’ve slept in in a long time at any Airbnb. There was not anything left that you wouldn’t need if you were wanting to cook a fabulous meal at this house along with making you feel comfortable if you brought your pet. walkable to all the main stuff you want to do if you want to see the history of this beautiful city I have to mention the place around the corner. Smashburger’s was phenomenal. Also they gave us a lot of great recommendations would highly recommend trying them out. We Can’t wait to come back and visit this beautiful city and this beautiful Airbnb!

The house is amazing. it had everything we needed plus more towels then we could have imagined. My favorite part was the pool. it had the perfect temperature, amount of chlorine, etc. I was so comfortable, l even learned how to swim. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. 😁

We loved our stay. The place was wonderful, and we fell in love with the neighborhood. Extra appreciation for the host’s great and helpful communication before we arrived.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

Beautiful place, extremely responsive and well worth the stay!

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family was looking to spend some quality time together in a quiet place. Melissa's house was exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our inquiries, and we thank you for that. We enjoyed our staying and my kids had a wonderful time in the area.

Had a great stay in Charleston at Victoria’s place! The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean! We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Charleston spots. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

Wonderful experience. The home was exactly as described and very peaceful being on the water for waking up to sunrise from bed. There is a nice little Marina store /bar near by and the food was actually very good - fish tacos , Ahi nachos and chicken wrap were both quality food and served fresh and hot. The total nightly cost can get pretty high with all fees but I feel being on water makes it worth it . Think of a luxury hotel room thats sitting on the water. We didn’t feel the boat move at all if you are worried about that . It’s a very quite marina. We would definitely book again especially if nightly rate came down a bit to make up all fees associated with ABNB. One note of improvement might be to add umbrella on rooftop which would of been perfection as it gets quite hot up there with no shade . Overall Fantastic stay!

I had the most wonderful stay at Sumer + Mac’s Charleston cottage!! The neighborhood is beautiful + so peaceful! The house itself was the CUTEST and so clean. I didn’t have a car and was able to walk everywhere I needed. The wifi was very fast for those working remote. They were so friendly + responsive, and respectful of the space. I can’t say enough good things. I’ll definitely be back!
