Holiday rentals with a patio in Charleston

Daphne’s Villa is extremely clean, comfortable, updated/modernized, and peaceful. The boardwalk to the beach is so close. We hope it is available again next year to book, no need to look elsewhere!

The place is really beautiful I love the tub and a plus is a cute doggy next door! I loved the decor and the tv was pretty cool To be honest

It was a really nice spot; we were only two people, so there was plenty of space and one untouched bedroom. My wife was very happy with how clean everything was, even the pillows on the outside porch. It's nice to have a driveway, and a car was needed to get out and see everything and cross the bridge. The bathroom was clean, with nice towels and with decent shower. The kitchen fridge stays super cold, loved that ... Keruig coffee maker was key also. AC units not only keep the house cold, but even chilly .. For longer stays washer dryer and kitchen totally functional. The big bed was tricky to get in out of being so high up, and there is some noise at night when people walk by talking or cars w loud radios. The small bar across st is super fun for beer & popcorn, so give and take with the noise. The walk to French Quarter part of King St takes some time, but the area this home is has some cool spots too, Leons , The Pass Sandwich shop ( do not miss this place!!) We would return

We really enjoyed our stay! The street was close to everything but also quiet and private. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. We traveled with our toddler and there was a pack and play and a highchair which was super helpful. We would definitely recommend!

My brother just got married in Moncks Corner, so we stayed with Robert for 5 days. We were super comfortable there and looked forward every night to going “home” after each day’s festivities. We loved the tv subscription Robert has and enjoyed vegging out on the couch before bed and watching Family Ties,, channel, Conan channel, etc. The choices were endless! The space was very clean and quiet, had a super comfortable bed and a huge closet. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

It was comfortable and cute. It was easy to find and the directions made getting in a breeze. There were good restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Millers All Day. With a car, it was easy to get everywhere we went. We’d definitely stay there again. As has been mentioned, it’s on a pretty busy, but low speed road. There was traffic noise, but not enough to bother us. Turning left out of the driveway could be challenging because it’s so close to a stoplight, but people were generally nice and let us in.

we always try to have nice rentals wherever we travel. The attention to details here was exceptional. I said I thought it was the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed. Very clean and well decorated. loved the coffee maker and the basket of k cups already waiting. Everything felt like a hotel suite but better..IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A DOG. They're has never been such a perfect place for someone traveling with there dog. The backyard is perfect for them and theirs a dogpark 5 minutes away. Theirs also a little park in front of the apartment. I've never seen a neighborhood with so many people out walking their dogs. This has to be the most pet friendly inviting place on earth lol I took our dog to the dogpark multiple times because it was so close to the rental. Down town Charleston wasnt far away either we did plenty of sight seeing. The Aquarium was maybe 20 minutes away? perfect location and a perfect rental! A plus plus plus...

Sally’s get away was perfect for graduation! We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen and dining area was large enough to host a small brunch before the ceremony. I loved having a living room to hangout and have a little downtime with family and play mahjong! So much nicer than a hotel and Baker was very charming and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and as described. Worth the stay. Liz was super friendly and responsive. Location was great, house was clean and had the majority of necessities.

My family and friends had a great one night stay here! We went to multiple of the locations recommended by the hose and had a great time adding them into our itinerary. The house was clean, ready for us, had easy parking, and was a perfect fit for us. Thanks for having us!

I enjoyed my stay at this Bnb with my spouse and two small children. The hosts are accommodating and messaged me prior and throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The house is well equipped for families providing beach equipment and games. The neighborhood is quiet and the house itself is very lovely inside. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils to enjoy home cooked meals. Bathrooms were fully stocked and towels are very soft. I also enjoyed a feature some bnbs miss such as outlets on both sides of the bed and laundry detergent! Little touches like this make a difference !

The place superseded my expectations. My family absolutely loved it. we have officially claimed it as our home away from home. A lot of effort has been put in this home to assure a very enjoyable stay for their guest. We appreciate you guys!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was comfortable and super clean. Loved the recommendations for the restaurants and two breweries we visited. Convenient to downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. We would recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the modern beach retreat. The home is super clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Great restaurants in walking distance! Our host was very friendly and responsive and we were able to request a later checkout time. Would definitely book again!

Enjoyed every minute! All of the beds were comfortable and each room was relaxing to come home to after a long day at the beach! 100% would stay here again next time we’re visiting Folly Beach! The bnb is about a 15 min walk to the beach and restaurants/bars! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Hilde’s condo on the beach was absolutely perfect. It was much larger than we had anticipated and the view from the patio was amazing. Hilde and her co-host were very quick to respond to any questions I had and they were very easy to work with. Folly beach is so lovely and we will be staying here again when we venture back down south.

I never used an Airbnb before, so I was hesitant to trust using one. However, Emily made the whole transaction super easy and painless. But I especially loved the fact that I could reach out to her with questions and she responded almost immediately. It was such a pleasant way to do business and the place was more then I expected it to be. It worked wonderfully for my family!!! all the people in my family were loving the accommodations. We felt right at homes. And the beds were the best! Thanks Emily!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying in this home! My husband and I and Daughter were here for our daughter's graduation. We had a last-minute change to the number of guest and there was not an issue and no extra charge! Rare! We definitely would stay here again when we return to Charleston. Very convenient to the downtown area.
