Woodland Retreat w/ Sauna, Cold Plunge & Hot Tub

BettieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the perfect spot for our wedding anniversary—quiet, private (no neighbors in sight), and surrounded by nature with a grocery store nearby. The sauna was a 10/10. It rained, so we skipped the firepit, but the string lights were a nice touch. The hot tub was a bit cloudy, but we didn’t address it after a (thankfully injury-free) car accident in Richmond. The cold plunge wasn’t filled—it didn’t work out for us to have time to prep it, but I would’ve loved to try it if it had been ready. The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with plenty of towels, dishes, and thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee/tea, and streaming access. A few extras—like a flat sheet on the bed, bottled water, or a robe for walking to/from the sauna—could’ve added a bit more value. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing escape!

Luxury stay in Prince George

GerletaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Raymond’s place was spotless and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire space, making it feel comfortable, fresh, and very well-maintained. Everything was neatly organized, and it was clear that Raymond takes great pride in ensuring a high standard for his guests. The check-in process was smooth, and the accommodations fully met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.

BlakeMoore

My husband and I loved staying at Blakemoore! Quiet, private, and away from everything. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. While the place itself takes you back in time, just know there isn’t much to do in the area when you visit New Kent. If you visit on a Saturday, there’s a farmers market a short drive away, next to the New Kent Winery.

Cabin and Treehouse!

Loved staying here, though there wasn't much to do around it is within a 30 minute drive to Williamsburg! Enjoyed the peaceful setting as it was great for our dog! The wifi didn't work well but was nice to be disconnected a bit, would recommend staying here for a quite time!

Private Room with Queen Bed on Mallardee Farm

PriscillaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kelly’s property was even better than the listing and photos. The place is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers, big pond, animals, and my husband loved catching bass on the water. Having all the fishing gear and boat was a nice surprise! We also very much appreciated coffee and breakfast each morning. And greatly enjoyed having breakfast and conversation with the other couple staying there. Even though you are sharing spaces with guests, it feels very private with your own bedroom and bathroom, and you can come and go when you need. Kelly and her husband are very friendly and generous. We would highly recommend!

Analog Private Beach on 10 Acres

CalebRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family had a wonderful time at Jeffrey’s place. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed (including lots of kids books and toys). My children loved the private beach (it’s amazing) and exploring the property. We found fun shells, and even a few shark teeth. We daytripped to Jamestown and Williamsburg (10 min to the ferry, 20 min to get across) and had a wonderful time at both places. My kids had a blast riding the ferry (getting out and watching from the upper deck is a must). Definitely plan to get groceries ahead of time - it’s pretty remote, in a good way. Lots of fun wild life to spot - bald eagles, turkey, deer, even a skunk! Fun was had by all, we would stay again.
