Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Dear Michael: We would like to express our thanks to you for the three nights and days of a delightful stay in your villa. When we arrived we were immediately struck by the beautiful surroundings of a typical Swiss countryside scene. We appreciated the rule that shoes were not permitted in the house. May we say that that also is a very highly regarded traditional Asian rule. Your house sets a very welcoming tone the moment we went upstairs to the kitchen. Everything was clean and ready to be used and whatever we have in our own kitchens we found them in yours and more. And yes, you and your team thought of everything for the bedrooms too. The generosity of supplies were very much noticed and appreciated . For the eight of us in our seventies and eighties we can only tell you that you made it easy for us to settle in straightaway as if we had a home away from home in this idyllic part of the world. It’s amazing place to stay.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip with public transport. That's possible, the bus runs every hour in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage it is more like 30 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay as Gasard’s place. It was spacious, decor was on point, 2 bath rooms meant our family of 5 didn’t have to wait for one another.

We had a very nice stay in Pierre's apartment, Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Cabinets in the bedroom and kitchen could use a little renovation. Very smooth communication. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake of Geneva. Recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia's. The photos don't do it justice. It is a really beautiful, modern apartment, in a really peaceful area. It is about 25 minutes walk to the old town or a short taxi ride. Patricia was a brilliant host.

Stunning AirBnB and wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very high standard, from the furniture to the comfy beds, great showers, and the stunning outside space - pool and decking was a brilliant place to relax in the evening. The hosts, Eric and Stephanie are truly lovely people, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Very kind with our dog aswell. Such a treat to come to somewhere like this and be able to bring our dog. The area is a small village between the mountains and lake. You need a car, but nothing is too far. Would recommend the restaurant in the village and the grocery store, bakery and cheese shop in the next village. If near Annecy again, I would definitely book this accommodation. 5 stars!

Aimé’s house is beautiful. It has private parking as well. It was perfect for us. There is a supermarket and pharmacy a block away. It was a 10 min drive to the lake. We were attending the Annecy Animation Festival and my colleagues and I felt very comfortable sharing the space because it gave us great shared space with individual private rooms for all of us. Aimé was amazing, always very responsive and making sure we had all we need. She very kindly accommodated our late arrival and early departure.

Steve was a very welcoming, warm and very responsive host by message, whether before the stay regarding any question, or upon our arrival. The place was faithful to the description and very clean. Small mention also for the kitchen that I found very well furnished and equipped, with equipment to make large quantities as well. We found it a little demanding on noise and noise pollution. We understand, but it still somewhat limited our moments of exchange and affected the relaxation during the stay. We thank Steve and recommend this accommodation. 😊

Tatjana’s apartments are definitely recommended! Perfect location in Villars, very quiet with an amazing view on the mountains and the valley. Very clean and very well equipped, I had a great stay. The communication with Tatiana is easy, reactive and clear.

Beautifully cozy spot nestled away in the Swiss Alps. Everything was perfect! You can’t find a better spot in the Lake Geneva area!

Nice well-appointed chalet, the place is quiet with a superb view of the valley, and everything that is necessary for a successful stay is available. I recommend it in a second!

Absolutely loved our stay here in the Swiss mountains. Could not ask for a more beautiful setting. While the road to the home is a touch narrow, the google maps directions took us directly there. I would recommend trying to get there in the daytime if possible, both for the views and the first time navigating the road. Once inside everything was pristine and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the space inviting with more than enough room for our family of 5 with older kids. Alexander was a kind and accommodating host with excellent communication and gave us some great recommendations on visiting Stockhorn (absolutely beautiful). If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay with Alexander.

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.
