Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

Cozy and comfortable place, with all amenities you could need for business travel. Kitchen came in handy for breakfast and having in room laundry was very useful. Felt very safe in a busy metro area.

Ryan was an excellent host and made sure we felt right at home. The host communicated from the moment we booked until we checked out. This home was clean and gave us a luxurious feel. If you are considering this place and it is available, I recommend it 10/10. The location is safe and secure.

This place was so nice for trip was clean easy to find and a nice view of the pool look just like the pictures and was stocked with everything we need will most definitely be back for another stay

Nice spot in a nice area with a nice gym. Great for work trips! I’ll be staying here again whenever I need to come back for work, and I’ll recommend to my colleagues. Susie is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was so clean and smelled so fresh. Quiet place will recommend 10/10. I must say parking is not so good. If you are the type pf person that's on vacation and plan on staying out past 9pm please plan to park on the side of the street. No parking will be available. Overall staying there was home away from home.

Recently stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and would definitely stay again Beverly was an amazing host and helped with anything made my stay very comfortable and felt just like home. The instructions were a little tricky at first but definitely worth it and would recommend.

Ray was a great host and the space was amazing. Spacious for two, we slept like the dead, and Ray even had a few refreshments in the fridge for us. Easy check-in and -out, with the he was right next door if I needed him. We would stay again, with no hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and supplied with everything that you need. The pool and outdoor activities were a bonus. We will definitely be back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautifully renovated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s in a quiet, upscale neighborhood but still close to everything. The hosts are the nicest people—even though we didn’t meet in person, their place felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. We’d definitely stay here again!

Location was easy to find and private but still close to highway, restaurants, and TAMU. Townhouse was very clean and the decor was nice and modern. Well furnished and had everything needed. Like the gated access and parking right in front of door. Smaller community not crowded and quiet. Nice to have the pool and fitness center access also. Mandy was great host, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

The home was gorgeous. Plenty of accommodation, easily accessible pool. He had towels, soaps and laundry detergent at the ready for us to use. The master bathroom was a surprise, I didn’t even know it was there when I booked. So that’s awesome! Neighborhood was awesome. I felt very safe and everything was accessible. The neighbor was super polite when I disrupted her sleep by accident. Parking was lovely.

This was an extremely clean, elegant apartment that my 5 year old daughter’s first words upon entering were: “oh wow daddy, this is beautiful!”. Everything was spotless clean, very thoughtfully decorated and convenient supplies were plentiful. It’s located on the western outer belt of Houston. Really close to plenty of restaurants (do not skip Poblanos!) stores and most importantly the highway (i-10 Katy Fwy) which can take you directly to downtown. Parking is available and the instructions to get in were spot on. However the main highlight of this listing was not the apartment itself, but the host. Diana was an extremely helpful, cordial and responsive host. I did not have the pleasure to meet her but my mother did as she quickly took care of an internet issue we encountered. Hosts like Diana are part of the reason I’d rather book an airbnb vs a Hotel; they make all the difference. Definitely give this place a shot and come back to thank me later.

The apartment is located in third floor with ease of access by having elevators and multi level parking garage; apartment has a reserved parking in the third floor close to the apartment which is +. Its very clean and well maintained. The apartment has all the essential kitchen appliances and cookware. The host is always responsive. I stayed for a month.

Everything was great! Tej was more than exceptional on communication after experiencing a few concerns, but she quickly was responsive about it and responded in the most kindly manner. Great host overall and would definitely come back to book here again if I'm ever in the area again.

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

The building was in a quiet, secure area with a great gym and friendly staff. Whether for work or leisure, this place has it all. The host was communicative and ensured I had everything I needed. A true 5-star experience!

Amazing stay in Katy, Texas. Close to every thing we needed. Very clean location. Loved having the backyard for our two dogs. Quiet and private area. We would absolutely stay here again!
