The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend David’s place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Julia is an excellent host! She kept good communication before, during and right after our stay. Her unit is a very comfortable place to stay -- she kept the place clean and well decorated, and provides everything that can make a staying away from home convenient. We enjoyed staying there very much! I would highly recommend it to others -- ideal for a family.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

Very large home, particularly for this area - we loved it. Friendly neighborhood, the two private parking spaces are a huge plus. Only 2 of us were on the trip, but it would be perfect for a big family/group. We brought our chihuahua, great space for him too and there are plenty of dogs in this neighborhood.

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

Absolutely pristine property felt right at home. Plenty of space for my family of four. Yvette was a wonderful, proactive responsive host. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and comfortable. 5 stars!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I felt so at home. Loved the cozy feel and, as a height-challenged person, I thoroughly enjoyed the easy to reach cabinets. The Metro station is literally just around the corner and made getting out to explore so easy. I’m already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable! We were in D.C for a music festival and the apartment was exactly what we needed; a nice place to crash at night and take a hot shower. They had lots of amenities and very clear communication - I’d highly recommend Ja-Rei and Jose as hosts.

Nikia was very accessible when I had any questions, and responded immediately. Her place was just as the pictures portrayed, and the description of her place was accurate. Very cute condo! The place delivered exactly as advertised. It was great. We had a minor glitch in checkin, but our host responded within minutes and took care of it immediately.

Our stay at Luis’s place in Hyattsville was absolutely lovely! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Luis was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in creating a comfortable space for his guests. The unit itself was a charming little retreat, tucked away with a cozy walkway that made it feel like our own private hideaway. Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some!), which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt, yet we were only a quick 20-minute drive from the heart of D.C. It was the perfect home base for our city adventures, and such a comforting place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Kristen’s place was spacious and clean. It was very close to the highway which made traveling easy. The only downsides is that you only get one parking spot, so if you want to park multiple cars, it may be difficult to get additional parking in the neighborhood. It’s not the owner fault, this is just something to keep in mind for multiple cars.

Saad was a terrific host. He was always prompt with responses and made sure all our needs were taken care of. My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful night before the wedding and made great memories in Saad’s private, cozy, and comfortable space. There were plenty of beds for the 8 of us, with nice amenities (even had a printer, which came in so clutch) and cute decor. It was easy to find Saad’s place, and there was ample street parking on the weekends. I would definitely look forward to booking another stay at Saad’s.

What a beautiful and special place to stay. I brought a small group for a final retreat and we had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable. The house is spacious and well kept. The outdoor areas are beautiful - we enjoyed having several meals outside and using the grill. I would certainly return for a similar retreat.

Nice, big space. Good for a weekend or few day stay in town.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!

Communication was good with quick responses. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to cook. Streaming TV had signed-in options to us most everything (or people just didn't sign out when they left). Marketing pictures always make it seem nicer than it really is. The townhome a little older and some neighbors are run down a little surrounding them. It was cleaned the best it could for this age. The pillows weren't that comfortable as they were all big and hard...all 4 of us didn't like them (more made for show pillows), but the beds were somewhat comfortable. Thankful for a good host that communicated well.

We had a wonderful stay at Raymond’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in instructions were clear and super helpful, and Raymond was always quick to respond and very thoughtful throughout. We especially appreciated the little details that made our stay so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
