Family-friendly holiday rentals in Chantepie

We had a great relaxing weekend, in the middle of the fields... it was a magical weekend! With a pool, sauna and jacuzzi as a bonus, what more could you dream of! And a big thank you to Fabienne for her welcome and advice ;)

We had a great time with the family in Amélie's spacious loft. Tastefully decorated and well arranged, it is also very well equipped and very bright. Paradise for young and old😀. A stone's throw from the city center, everything is within walking distance. We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises again.

We had a great time at Nathalie's place. The place is beautiful and matches the listing description in every way. Nathalie (and her mom) are very nice, we were hosted well. Spacious house where everyone has their own living space without disturbing each other, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family reunions

Very beautiful and large house Perfectly equipped with lots of activities on site (kayak paddle boarding pétanque ping pong jaccuzi two swimming pools etc.) everything is perfect and the environment very peaceful while being a few hundred meters from shops. I recommend it 200% Only downside: the number of stairs both in the house and in the garden > Impossible for the elderly or not totally mobile.

we came to spend a weekend with family , host available , very nice accommodation. Big plus for the pool lounge area which is great and well maintained 😊 Lots of explanation provided by the host but very useful to understand the functioning of the wellness space. (ps: Aesa wishes again a happy birthday to our host and us too )

We loved staying here with our friends and our daughters. The animals were a real highlight, feeding the goats and Caesar the donkey! It was so peaceful and beautiful. We spent many hours playing in the garden, on the swings, there were also little bikes or children loved. Swallows swooping signs, eating at the table in the garden, lots of space inside to play when it rained. Perfect place for a fun holiday with friends, with or without children! we also found it easy to get into Rennes to see the galleries there. Thank you so much!! xXx

Maroie and Alexandre were really nice from the moment we arrived and we would have loved to spend a little more time with them, unfortunately, we only stayed three days and had so many things to visit. But that's only a matter of time, because we certainly intend to go back, but this time we'll stay a little longer! Thank you so much, dear Maroie and Alexandre!

Very pleasant stay at Nathalie's, who was welcoming and always available. The garden is beautiful, a true haven of peace! The house was as described, very clean and very bright. The bath towels and bed linen provided smelled good. My 6-year-old son really liked the mezzanine area where we slept. The sofa bed in the living room is also very comfortable and easy to unfold. Very good place to accommodate 3/4 people. A special mention for Inca, the little donkey at the bottom of the garden, whose company we greatly enjoyed. Thanks again to Nathalie and Pascal for hosting us, we'll be back!

Very good welcome from Stéphanie, nice surprise on the brazier barbecue available, tranquility assured, the children were very happy to feed the pig and its little ones. Books, board games, important in quantity for children. Thank you for the little touches!!! Very good stay for 4 adults and 4 children.

we had a great weekend. the accommodation is great, very well equipped, well located to visit this beautiful region. Everything is great, the accommodation, the bedding, the outside, the barbecue. Lydia and Thierry are very good hosts and recommended visits that we greatly enjoyed. We will definitely come back, there's still plenty to discover. thank you

Wonderful home! Very close to the St Malo Ferry Port which we needed to be close to as we arrived from Jersey on our way to the South of France. Patricia's home is simply delightful. Everything is beautiful and clean. Patricia was a very friendly host and the instructions/self check in was super easy. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend without reservation! Thank you Patricia for opening your home to us, Patricia. 5 stars!

What a place! Perfect for a family. Peaceful location but only a few minutes drive or 20 minute walk into Evran. Evran had a fantastic boulangerie and a couple of restaurants and is situated 10km south of Dinan. Beautiful walks along the canal or out at Betineuc lake - with activities for the kids there too. Hosts were amazing - we had a flat tyre on arrival and Dov could not have been more helpful trying to get it fixed - going out of his way to help out and also show us around! The house was perfect, lovely garden and pool area for the kids and relaxing furniture to sit in the evening sunshine. I cannot recommend this place higher - except that we want to go back and don't want it to get booked up by everyone reading this!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Marie & Roland have worked very hard in restoring these old buildings and the grounds. It was a pleasure to spend time there and learn about the history of the estate. Marie and Roland were very friendly and amenable. The walk around the beautiful grounds was fun and interesting. Close to Combourg, the location is perfect and close enough for day trips to various tourist attractions before returning to relax by the pool.

The house was even better than what we were expecting. The pictures were not giving it justice. The calm provided by the surroundings was priceless. We were a bit sad to leave. My son even asked me if we could move there permanently. 😁

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

We had a great stay at Madelon's! The house is large and very well equipped, with enough space to eat outside as well as inside even for 14, and many services (table football, billiards, darts, petanque court, swimming pool...). The visibility of the pool from the terrace is a plus, especially when you have children to watch! The setting is green and quiet, and the hosts are very responsive. We will come back without hesitating!!!
