Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ille-et-Vilaine

The farm is very nice and the accommodation corresponded exactly to the description. In the evening, we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and play a game of pool or foosball. The artisanal ice cream offered by the owner is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay that deserves 5 stars.

Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

Very pleasant stay, the accommodation is very well located for quick access to several very beautiful sites. The accommodation is very practical, well furnished and comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus.

We had such a wonderful stay at Claude’s place! The surroundings were absolutely peaceful and the property itself was picture-perfect—beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could need. It was especially great for kids 😊 Claude was an exceptional host, welcoming us with a delicious bottle of local juice and sending us off with a generous plateful of homemade crêpes—such thoughtful touches that really made our stay extra special. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge before heading back to Paris and then home. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet, charming escape.

Magnificently located in a very large garden overlooking the Saint-Mont-Michel and adjacent to a beautiful hiking and cycling area. Large house with all comforts. Great value!

The accommodation was great for exploring the area (by car!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac and many dreamy little towns are waiting to be discovered. The accommodation was very quiet and, thanks to the garden with play equipment, goats and chickens, great for us as a family.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. A very pleasant stay in a house where you can quickly feel good. Cosy is the right term. A great stay in a really nice accommodation. Suitable for children both indoors and outdoors. The housekeeping was impeccable, the pool well secured. The hosts greeted us with a smile and were very warm. We highly recommend this accommodation if you want to have a peaceful stay.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
