Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

The place is really very charming, it's a perfect place to retreat from the city and breathe. Mauricio is very kind, responsive and accommodating. We came with our cat and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend it without a problem!

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

The accommodation was perfectly suited to the use of my stay ( near the pool and near public transport). Very good stay, host available and easy communication. If I have to come back to Renne, I'd like to come back to this place. Perfect for one person

Very welcoming host with a little surprise as a bonus... in the fridge, much appreciated by the way😁🤗 great stay by joining our son, for whom the washing machine was a plus It's a quiet, spacious, very clean place, with very good bedding especially for back pain👌 They know how to welcome and are very pleasant. That said, if we can suggest one thing... a broom for the terrace, and the... It's like home 😅😉 We highly recommend it if you go to their corners.

Cottage very well located for my work. Bus service right next door. The cottage is really good. Welcomed with madeleines 🤤🤤 and a bottle of water. There is all the necessary comfort. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a lovely week, the cottage is full of rustic charm and the garden is beautiful. We woke to bird song every morning and even had a deer in the garden one evening. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside which we enjoyed exploring by motorbike. If you are looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with several small towns with good supermarkets 20 minutes away this place is perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at Emma's place. Emma is a very welcoming host, her home is very clean and nice. The bedding is great and the linens smells wonderful! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!
