사진보다 실제가 훨씬 더 넓고 좋았습니다 호스트인 Bo씨도 정말 친절하게 정말 잘 대해주셨어요 치앙마이는 처음이고 대가족으로 가는거라 숙소가 이상하면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 완전 대만족입니다 주변에 레스토랑이나 슈퍼 편의점 같은것들도 다 가깝고 안전한 장소였던거같아요 대가족이나 인원이 많다면 꼭 추천합니다!

非常感谢jay，这几天像家人一般的陪伴，对我的所有问题都响应迅速，并妥善处理，包括帮我去取快递哈哈。再说说这栋房子，我们一行人都非常满意，大草坪可以让孩子肆意奔跑，清澈的泳池工作人员每日都在打理，让我非常放心让孩子们玩耍，还有厨房和客厅所有的零食、饮品、红酒都是免费品尝的，真的太震撼了！洗衣机、微波炉、灶台、厨具、餐具（包括筷子），应有尽有。细节满满到让人感动。孩子们淘气玩坏了窗帘，工作人员修理好后也没有为难我们。我们还会再回来玩的，非常期待和jay的下次相见。❤️

强烈推荐，有洗衣机，厨房，干净卫生，大！我们一家三口，加奶奶，阿姨。三间房，比酒店性价比高，离瑜伽公园走路非常近，一二百米，公园有健身房和免费瑜伽，711超市2分钟到。每个房间非常大，合适多家庭出行，可以外带美食回来，孩子玩，大人吃，批发市场买榴莲院里有露营椅一吃，很欢乐。我们5人清迈包了个车，司机也很好，总给我们买美食，不贵，实在，也可推荐。比较喜欢清迈悠闲，纯朴。强烈推荐这个房子。喜欢本地纯朴的人，希望对大家有帮助

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful pool villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. surrounded by greenery, and perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day. We spent most of our afternoons lounging poolside and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host was fantastic – super friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

We had a wonderful at Chiang Mai and that was largely thanks to Yakir. He was a great host and made our stay very comfortable. any issues were dealt with immediately to the extent that he personally took my son to the grocery store to get some food when we needed, and showed him around the neighbourhood upon request for dining recommendations. The house is beautifully done giving a very relaxing vibe and the rooms were well kept. 11/10 would recommend staying here and frankly, if you’re planning a trip to chiang mai you really need not look further. This is the house you want to stay in. Great location, incredible host, fantastic amenities and i’d go a step further and say it’s even better than advertised.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I had a pleasure of staying at this incredible villa. The villa itself was an oasis of comfort and luxury. The spaciousness and the beautifully manicured garden of the villa allowed us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fabulous private pool!!! The water is clear and pristine, not only the pool was impeccably maintained, but the addition of floaty and pool ball provided was a delightful surprise! The host was very responsive and helpful. When we reached out for additional blanket, they responded promptly and arranged speedy delivery to our villa. The location of the villa was a bit difficult to find, yet the host gave us immediate and easy-to-follow instructions upon our enquiry. Despite a few minor issues such as many insects and some noise from the construction right next to the villa, the villa's combination of luxury amenities, pool facilities and beautiful greenery make it an outstanding holiday destination!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Had a great stay at this pool villa! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and really comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup made for a fun evening with friends and family. Everything was well taken care of, and the host was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a getaway

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

这次清迈之旅最惊喜的就是这栋别墅！绿植环绕的庭院泳池让人瞬间放松，在泳池边看日落的感觉太美了！卧室都带独立卫浴，全家入住超级方便。步行10分钟到宁曼路，位置绝佳。房东还贴心准备了欢迎水果和出行攻略，100%推荐！

Pop und Ian sind sehr besondere und beindruckende Gastgeber. Ihnen gelingt das Kunststück, sowohl hoch professionell als auch warmherzig und familiär zu sein. Garten und Pool sind einfach paradisisch - man merkt an jedem Detail, dass es sich hier um zwei Menschen mit viel Stil und großem ästhetischem Anspruch handelt.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

The staff at the villa were extremely helpful. They organised a cake for a family celebration, did daily laundry and helped with organising trips. The villas were cleaned and replenished daily. It was a 10 minute walk to the old city but peaceful location. On arrival we were provided with fruit, milk, water and they were provided on a daily basis. Airport transfer was arranged and check in and out was flexible. Would definitely recommend and return.
