Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious house in a safe and quiet neighborhood where you will, also, be close to the city and its attractions. The host is very welcoming and responsive. Overall, great price for value.

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

There were three of us in the AirBnb. There were two bedrooms, one without windows but with a milk glass door to the living/dining area. The property was clean and tidy. The pool was definitely an absolute highlight and both in daylight and darkness you could swim there with a great view. The communication was very good, we noticed after checking out that we forgot something and had it back within a very short time after we contacted us. However, you always have to drive to the mostly sights (e.g. old town, white market, etc.) with a taxi or roll, as the accommodation is not located directly in the center. Otherwise, next to the property there is a cafe with delicious coffee and directly across the street a 7eleven. We will be happy to come back. :)

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, this is the place to stay! Very close to the old town and everything within walking distance. Very helpful and responsive host.

The unit was great and well outfitted. We loved how close it was to the sites of Chiang Mai. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was super clean and we had a wonderful stay!

I believe this is a perfect location in Chiang Mai. I could easily walk to the markets, restaurants, pubs, and night markets and Bazaars, coffee shops and more. After after walking for a while, I could stop at one of the mini massage establishments and have my feet massage for a very affordable price. Within 500 feet of walking off the property. There is an area where vendors are serving freshly cooked food. There’s a place to get liquor or beer and there’s three bands every night where you can listen to live music and have a drink. Rene‘s apartment is clean roomie quiet comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast and the Aircon is cool. I have nothing but praise for Rene and his wife. There is a washing machine if you want to do your own laundry if not, you’re plenty of laundry services within a close walking distance. If you don’t wanna walk out to a restaurant, there are 40 or 50 restaurants that deliver by way of grab is an extremely convenient place to stay. Rene is a responsive and friendly.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Beaut’s place was incredibly clean and cozy, located in a very pleasant area with everything within easy reach. Beaut was a fantastic host she shared all her recommendations with us and was always ready to help and offer suggestions.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.
