Holiday rentals with a patio in Chang Moi Sub-district

Everything perfect and without any complications, I hope to come back later, a beautiful and charming place, super quiet! Apart very economical when asking for transport to tourist areas and markets, recommended, I loved it!

The accommodation was excellent. It was clean, free of bugs, and definitely a place l'd love to stay again! The host was incredibly kind and assisted us even with a very late check-in time. I highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

Nicha has truly created a sanctuary that balances style, comfort, and practicality in the most graceful way. We left with hearts full and memories richer for it. The highlight was the soft bed and the quality of linen used. We fell in love with it and missed it in every other place we stayed in Thailand after that. 🤗

We had a great month long stay at Amornrat’s place! The condo was by far the best we have stayed in Thailand, with an amazing pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and close to the mall and a cheap grab into the old town. Highly recommend this place!!

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.
