Such a great stay. If you want to be close to Nimman, this is the place. Very walkable. The garden was also beautiful. Host was always responsive and gave great recs.

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Bill is the kindest and best host in the world. The house is heaven for those who want to be in the heart of Chiang Mai. It is a classic Thai house and excellent for the price, I am sure that I will not look for another house in Chiang Mai on my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Great location in Nimman, close to everything yet just away from the main street. The apartment itself was really nice. Comfortable bed, nice building, I would stay here again! The pool is nice but not much sunshine available due to the building blocking it. The host was amazing, very accommodating!

Good location. Accessible to both Maya Mall and One Nimman. The apartment itself is dated but maintained. There seemed to be some minor aircon water drip issues but overall a good value stay.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. I believe this is a perfect location in Chiang Mai. I could easily walk to the markets, restaurants, pubs, and night markets and Bazaars, coffee shops and more. After after walking for a while, I could stop at one of the mini massage establishments and have my feet massage for a very affordable price. Within 500 feet of walking off the property. There is an area where vendors are serving freshly cooked food. There’s a place to get liquor or beer and there’s three bands every night where you can listen to live music and have a drink. Rene‘s apartment is clean roomie quiet comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast and the Aircon is cool. I have nothing but praise for Rene and his wife. There is a washing machine if you want to do your own laundry if not, you’re plenty of laundry services within a close walking distance. If you don’t wanna walk out to a restaurant, there are 40 or 50 restaurants that deliver by way of grab is an extremely convenient place to stay. Rene is a responsive and friendly.

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Kinder eine Woche bei Bongkot in Chiang Mai. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Moderne Küchengräte und auch eine Waschmaschine erleichtern den Aufenthalt enorm und sparen viel Zeit. Das Schönste für uns Eltern war es, dank der Fliegengitter, nachts die Türen offen zu lassen und den Zikaden lauschen zu können. Die Kinder waren sehr vom Pool auf dem Dach begeistert. Auch die Lage ist perfekt mit Restaurants, Massagesalons und einem 7/11 in direkter Nähe. Der Nachtmarkt ist fußläufig gut und schnell zu erreichen was mit Kindern ein großer Vorteil ist. Vor der Unterkunft stand meist ein offenes Taxi oder TukTuk was als Start für Unternehmungen und zur Freude unserer Kinder super war. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer super Unterkunft. Auch möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken, dass wir auch schon etwas früher in die Unterkunft konnten und alles so gut verlief. I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.
