Holiday rentals with a patio in Champlin

Such a cute place with so much charm! It had everything we needed and was such a good location close to many restaurants, shops and a great park down the road. We hope to come back to visit!

What an amazing space and location! I loved the view of the park across the street and enjoyed walking through the park to visit the art museum. The space is huge with tall ceilings and has every comfort you could need. I appreciated the parking and clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a great stay, I would recommend this place to all!

Great location, comfy bed, interesting building, great view. Felt safe and was quiet. Note that there is not currently a walkable grocery store but you can get the train to one or use ride share.

We’ve stayed here many times. The quality is always consistently excellent. It feels like “home away from home.” A special shout out to Lorna who is always so helpful and available. We love coming back to Shoreview.

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place felt more like a home away from home rather than an Airbnb rental. It was very comfortable & was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and more. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to enjoy cooking. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby & plenty of areas to walks our dogs. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here! Place was clean, welcoming and exactly as advertised. We liked the neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and very close to a park if you’re traveling with a kid. Would happily stay here again!

Our stay here was great! I was attending school in Hopkins at The Atelier Academy of Beauty and this place was perfect for what we needed. Very kid friendly, host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive.

Our family of four had a great 4 night stay (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen). The house was clean and well cared for and had great natural light, even in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and with 5 rooms to choose from- all with their own tvs, everyone had what they needed. There were several common areas for us to spend time together and not feel cramped. We did eat out most days, but the kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The provided tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags and plenty of towels were appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to rest when we spent time at the house in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for what we planned (ValleyFair- 20 minute drive; Sustainable Safari- 5 min; Mall of America- 15 min). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bonnie and Joe were very responsive to questions I asked before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

Our volleyball team stayed here for a weekend tournament and we couldn’t be happier. The home is absolutely gorgeous, sparkling clean and beyond what you can write in a simple review. Coffee bar, pool, hot tub, comfortable beds, arcade…..The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We are all talking about how soon it will be until we are back! This home in Andover met all our needs and more. I discovered more nooks and crannies the last night. Granted, those areas weren't for sleeping, I just love a home with lots of space. I tend to travel with most of my kitchen gadgets, including spices and cooking utensils. Can't carry those on flight, right? This home had everything that I would normally need. The home accommodated my large family group of 16. We had extra guests come over to visit, and even then, we weren't tripping over each other. Let me tell you about the host, Beccah. Didn't get a chance to meet her, but it felt like I did. She was beyond responsive and kind 😇. I could see the smile in her responses. It doesn't matter how nice a home is or not, the host's attitude can set the tone for the entire stay. I felt at ease knowing that I could depend on her responsiveness. I appreciated that very much. We didn't have any issues, but just having a responsive host made a difference. I would stay again. Thank you, Beccah♥️

My stay at Serenity Oasis was excellent throughout. The place was exactly what I needed for the few days I stayed in Uptown. The space was clean, bright, and very functional, particularly the kitchen but everything else as well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would gladly stay here the next time I need a place in the area.

My girlfriend and I had a very nice stay at this Airbnb in downtown Minneapolis. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our week long stay. It was very quiet at night time and was in a convenient location to walk around the lakes and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communicative the whole time.

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

I felt right at home! Loved the beautiful building and the rooftop! Lot of fur babies to cuddle with too! The community is walkable and I really rejoiced walking to the lake and bike riding in the area. Lots of great places to eat. The host was super responsive and flexible. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Highly recommended.

A beautifully appointed space with much thought put into the design. Despite being a basement suite it was quiet with no noise from above. Great neighbourhood with a lovely breakfast spot just around the corner. Highly recommended.
