Peaceful, calm and serene environment. Very helpful and friendly caretaker and family. Not a big menu, but the complimentary breakfast and everything we had from the menu was tasty and homely. 6-7 km to the center of Ooty, so ideal for people with own transport.

This is a great property located right at center and nearby to many attractions along with necessaries, which helped us in lot of things

The place is a little outskirts to the city but since Mysore has great roads all attractions are accessible from here.

We were lucky enough to find this place and had a wonderful stay for the length of 1 week. Everything matches the description and pictures shown on owners profile. And the owner is very responsive. If you are planning on a long stay in Mysore this would be a great place to settle in. In detail, the next door neighbors are extremely friendly and warmly supportive. The whole neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The Kiki park nearby is also great for anyone to have an afternoon walk. There are stores and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. I especially like the evening view from the south side seeing the vivid color changing of sunset. A great find for us.

What an amazing place! The neighbourhood was extremely safe, peaceful and beautiful! The house itself was very beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. Each room was differently curated but with a lot of heart. There was ample sunlight pouring in from everywhere. If i go back to mysore I am booking this place only. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, memorable and welcoming 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Perar—peaceful and surrounded by lush tea gardens. The host was responsive, and the caretaker team was always helpful. Amma cooked delicious meals, and Stephen took us on a hidden forest trail that led to a stunning mountain view. We also loved the tea factory tour and the visit to Stephen’s carrot farm. Highly recommended for a quiet, nature-filled getaway!

very calm surrounding neat and well maintained property

This is my second time staying at Manjunath’s place and it’s been great both times. The place is clean and has everything you’ll need. Check-in and checkout is a breeze and Manjunath is always available to help. Location is great as well with a lot of good restaurants in the vicinity.

The villa is perfectly done, the view from the villa is mesmerising, the place is new and the location is perfect, the care takers were very helpful and the best part the commutation was flawless with ram, he check upon us and made sure we had a good time at his place.

Mr and Mrs Harinath are super hosts , very responsive, helpful with all the recommendations and details that a visitor may need. They have a clean, fully functional kitchen as per the description. The house, bathrooms are clean and well kept. The location of the property is about 5kms from the main city so it is peaceful, at the same time delivery from food delivery apps is very prompt. We absolutely loved our stay and their hospitality made my first experience of Airbnb special. I am going to be regular Airbnber now.

I had a great time staying here as my base as I explored Mysore. Simran and her mother were very flexible, understanding and helpful, and I very much appreciated that. As hosts, they made my time in the city all the better! The house is spacious and off the main road, so it’s usually quite quiet at night, a good respite from the noise of the city especially during Dasara! There is a convenient bus to the city not far from the house, and Uber also worked very well. About 110 rupee to Mysore Palace by tuktuk (“auto”). They provide clean drinking water and there’s a place to hang your clothes outside. Some good vegetarian restaurants in walking distance. The house is fairly old, but apart from the electricity sockets which were a little bit loose for my devices’ connections, it was all pretty well-maintained and everything was clean. I’d stay again!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I've had! The property exceeded expectations in every way. Everything listed was present, and the place was superbly maintained and more functional than I could have imagined. The host was fantastic—responsive, kind-hearted, and extremely detail-oriented. The space itself is perfect: a decently spacious room with a terrace, a small but efficient kitchen, and plenty of cupboard space. The queen-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the power backup ensured we never had any disruptions. The standout feature is definitely the cleanliness—everything was spotless! The location, while slightly out of the city, is ideal if you have a vehicle. Overall, the property matched the photos perfectly and gave off a cozy, homely vibe.
