Had a very comfortable stay at Rakshith's place. Location was very good... Near the palace and zoo. The property was very neat and clean and comfortable with all amenities as listed on the web page. Special thanks to Soumya for guiding us and caring for us. The caretaker Mr Raju was very helpful. On the whole, we enjoyed the stay in this property.

Our family had the most wonderful experience at this home stay. The beautiful location amidst tea plantations was just breathtaking. The cherry on the cake was the Nilgiris toy train which we could see from the window every time it chugged and passed by. My 4 year old daughter had the most wonderful time in this house. The food was really very very tasty. The property was clean and hygienic only the daily cleanliness could have been a little better. But overall it was good value for money and definitely worth staying here.

The villa is perfectly done, the view from the villa is mesmerising, the place is new and the location is perfect, the care takers were very helpful and the best part the commutation was flawless with ram, he check upon us and made sure we had a good time at his place.

The place was very nice and peaceful. This place is great for just escaping from the city and having a peaceful time. The people there were very helpful and the food they make is very good.

It was an amazing experience for all of us. The house is so beautiful with a lot of greenery and antiques. It makes us feel comfortable and relaxed. Sreeprakash uncle is such an amazing host who made sure that all of us were comfortable and content not just with our stay but also with his insightful conversation. And to top it all of Sreedevi aunty's food is something we are all gonna miss a lot. My 7 year old has not eaten this much food ever. After our first night's dinner we made sure to have all our breakfasts and dinners from there. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting Mysore and we recommend it to everyone.

Charlie, our host, went above and beyond — personally guiding us through birdwatching treks, sharing local stories, and ensuring that every meal was tailored to our dietary needs (even accommodating my vegan preferences!). The warmth and hospitality of Charlie, the host and the in-house staff - Indu, and Christopher made this stay feel like home — but better. This is by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Our family of four had a great time as we booked the whole place for us. A wonderful experience which ends up wanting for more. This beautifully crafted home is aesthetically pleasing and offers a lot of inspiration. The spacious bedrooms, recreational room, and very clean surroundings make it a great place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the old Blr-Mysore highway. The host is very helpful as well. The private place is surrounded by greenery, near the river Kaveri, with chirping and sounds of nature. Kitchen is well-equipped, and you will be treated to delightful breakfast. If you need home cooked lunch or dinner, the host can help you out in ordering. The closest shops are few kilometres away for anything. A gem of a place!

Peaceful, calm and serene environment. Very helpful and friendly caretaker and family. Not a big menu, but the complimentary breakfast and everything we had from the menu was tasty and homely. 6-7 km to the center of Ooty, so ideal for people with own transport.

My family stayed here for 3 days. The apartment is maintained very well and it is very spacious. You get complete privacy, with no disturbances. The location is a big advantage. Most of the tourist attractions can be reached within 15 mins. This is a great choice for families to stay during their trips.

One of the best homestays or even hotels we've stayed at, in regards to how well thought out and appointed the apartment is, if there was a kitchen it would easily be the kind of place you'd love to live in. It was so comfortable we all decided to spend the majority of our time inside, yes it was raining, but it was easily the highlight of our trip to Ooty. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, in that we weren't expecting it, and all of our party who is fairly critical with food really enjoyed it. We left with zero complaints. We felt very safe and peaceful there, the staff were extremely prompt and helpful. My only note was that we didn't really get a full run down of what we could expect when checking in, maybe that is something on our end being unfamiliar with how Indian Homestays operate, in that they function somewhat more than hotels than your typical privately owned home. It's a small complaint which should not be held against the excellent staff. 5 Stars all round!

Seriously, I had the best two nights at this Airbnb in India. I was in the ground floor one-bedroom flat. It was well-maintained and spacious. And the bed, seriously comfy. But honestly, the people there were the real stars. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. And the manager, he was amazing. He kept checking in to see if I needed anything and gave me the best tips on where to go. I found some awesome spots thanks to him. Getting around was easy with taxis and rickshaws, and the views nearby, wow, so beautiful. I wish I had more time to explore. I'd totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. I'm already planning a week-long trip back so I can see more. Definitely a winner.

The place is slightly remote from the main city which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The property is well maintained by the caretakers and they are very responsive. All the amenities listed were working fine and the place was clean. We also asked for a bbq and they took a reasonable amount for it and the chef helped us with it. The cost of the place is good but I would like the room to have some lamps and better utensils for the price we are paying. Also, autos and cabs take a lot of money to go to the city side so if you want to travel the city side then stay in the city and then come here for a stay to enjoy the beautiful mountains and tea estate.

Gitanjali is a well-maintained, tastefully built property. Yamuna is a lovely host who makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful weekend away from the bustle of Bangalore. Very close to popular tourist spots around Mysore, if that’s your thing.

Amazing warm welcome after I arrived really early and was flexible with my check in, which was much appreciated after my sleeper bus. Place was exactly as described/as per photos and the location was peaceful but only a short rickshaw ride to all the sights. l learnt so much more about Mysore than I would have done had I not stayed here. It was also nice to meet and chat with other guests over breakfast each morning.

We had an amazing stay at Zo’s place in Ooty! Right from the start, she was super prompt, warm, and helpful in her responses, which made planning smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade — such a generous gesture! The mansion is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of aesthetic charm. The kitchen comes with a stunning mountain view, and the lawn is absolutely to die for — perfect for lounging, soaking in the view, or just playing around. There were board games and badminton available, which made our stay even more fun and lively. The local caretakers were incredibly kind and warm despite the language barrier — their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. This was one of the most peaceful and memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene, and welcoming place to unwind in Ooty!

I’d booked myself in here for my week in Mysore and I’m so happy I did, it was the perfect place for me. I even extended my stay by one extra night to catch one of the activities running there. Hopefully I’ll be back in Gokulam and I know where I’ll be staying. Ideal location, great food at excellent prices and always served with a smile. I did the yoga every morning, excellent guidance and encouragement. I enjoyed reading my book in the peaceful garden. Thanks Aditya and team for the friendly welcome.
