For a relaxing vacation: €45/night for 2 people, and €15/night per person sup, pleasant accommodation, located on the first floor of our home, in a small traditional village at an altitude of 850 m (internet "plateau-hautville" or "Champdor.jimdo"). Enjoy with your children the swimming of Champdor at 800 m. Gantry for children from 3-10 years old in enclosed courtyard (under the supervision of parents). West facing access to terrace. Ready for bikes+helmets for 2 adults and 1 child possible.

The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Tout se fait à pied.(boulangerie,marché le lundi,boucherie, pizzeria, bar restaurant ect..Avec la vue sur le Rhône, la Viarhona à proximité, les montagnes environnantes,en vacances ou de passage, l’appart’ sera parfait pour vous. Le canapé-lit a été remplacé par un tout neuf très confortable !

Gabrielle and Benjamin welcome you in the old barn of their house which they have carefully furnished to transform it into a bright studio of 27 m2. The decor is resolutely contemporary and colorful for the living room and neo-retro for the shower room. The kitchen/dining area has the essentials to warm up or cook single dishes. Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.

LE PETIT ANGLE, 4 people, right in the center, close to train station

Enjoy a stylish and central place in Bellegarde, fully equipped with appliances, linens, 140 cm TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron etc... It includes a bedroom with either a quality double bed or 2 single beds (to be specified 24 hours in advance) (Bultex mattress) as well as a sofa bed, i.e. a total of 4 beds. The south-facing apartment (with balcony), new with neat decoration.

We welcome you to our charming apartment, 5 minutes from the A40 Eloise highway exit (35 min from Annecy 40 min from Geneva and Aix-les-Bains). Close to all amenities, bakery, restaurants and greengrocer 7 minutes away. Supermarket and various shops 12 minutes away (Frangy or Bellegarde-sur-Valserine). Beautiful spots await you for beautiful and long walks along the Rhône (Viarhôna) or in the forest. Very quiet place ideal to unwind.

Petit chalet Cosy type studio - ambiance montagne, à 30 minutes de Genève et 25 km d'Annecy. Pistes de ski à 1h. Départ de randonnées à proximité. Proche du chemin de saint Jacques de Compostelle. Come and discover our charming studio, completely refurbished in 2021. This one is attached to our house. Located in the center of Frangy, close to the village shops. Ideally located 30 minutes from Geneva and Annecy.
