accommodation in the city center, corresponding to the description, professional services (cleanliness, equipment, etc.). Access by the stairs was a little complicated for my 85-year-old mother (high steps, very steep to access the first floor). Noisy neighborhood at night, noise that passes a little in the background; if you are sensitive, plan to bring earplugs. Finally, the terrace did not seem of any interest to us. I could recommend this place.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very beautiful house, fully equipped, absolutely nothing is missing. Impeccable bedding. Very nice room with its own bathroom. A superb terrace with a large pergola to enjoy a good time. Very well located close to everything, beach, downtown Noirmoutier. Stephane welcomed us and remains available if needed. We strongly recommend

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Karine and Martial are very welcoming and very flexible, the accommodation is very pleasant with its terrace and wooded exterior, the accommodation is well equipped with a beautiful kitchen.

The apartment was lovely, we particularly enjoyed the balcony area! Very well placed for walking into the centre of Nantes and to L’ǐle des Machines. Julien was very responsive and accommodating with regards to check in and check out.

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive. We had a great vacation. Convenient accommodation for a family with two children. The beach is a 5-minute walk. Shops nearby. Fatiha is very nice and available. I recommend it. We'll be back with pleasure.
