This house is located on the grounds of the Villa des Chouettes, close to vineyards, an amusement park, Troyes, and the Forêt d'Orient lake.

Corinne welcomes you to her charming cottage with pool in a charming wine village located 12 km south of Auxerre. Come and spend a peaceful stay in this cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people, with all the necessary amenities in an idyllic and rejuvenating setting, close to Chablis, Auxerre, Vézelay or the Nivernais Canal. The vineyards all around the village and several hectares of cherry trees, and other fruit trees are appreciated by walkers.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, you can also enjoy a plancha, the air-conditioned veranda as well as if you wish, by contacting us, a discovery and tasting of Chablis. In addition and subject to availability, breakfast can be served.

Our house is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the Town Hall Square and the clock, in a quiet and not very busy one-way street, with a garden that is not overlooked. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
