A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We can say that this cottage is a prestigious cottage, very clean, bright, furniture and appliances of very good quality, with a large wooded plot and a beautiful equipped terrace. We were delighted to spend 15 days at Anthony's, a house very close to local shops and the city of Auxerre. A small remark, for us northerners, we were missing coffee cups or mugs. A big thank you for this stay that we will repeat if health allows. F.H.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There is all the necessary equipment for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc center and 15 min walk from the center of Auxerre. You can therefore do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We had a great weekend at Lisa's place (two families of 4). The house has been renovated with great taste and is both very functional. The interior is convenient and beautiful and very clean. Everything is designed to make parents rest and have fun! The garden is much bigger than in the listing pictures. It's really nice. The red beech offers beautiful shade for lunches in the shade and there is also everything you need for sunbathing! Kids loved the games (board and outdoor) and comics available to them. The view of the Morvandella hills is amazing. The environment is extremely peaceful and refreshing. The house in the nearby Park is also a great place to go for a walk and eat right next door! We can only recommend this house! One of the most beautiful AirB'B we've stayed in. Go ahead!
