Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cha-am District

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

I had a wonderful stay at Homme’s place! The house is spacious, bright, and incredibly inviting, located in a peaceful, secluded area with stunning mountain views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The parking space is very convenient, making it easy to come and go. Homme was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who works remotely, I also appreciated the excellent working setup—there’s a big desk that’s perfect for productivity, coupled with the quiet surroundings. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat or a productive working getaway. Can’t wait to visit again (and probably will)!

The environment is very beautiful, there is a big pool, and the water of the pool is also very clean, and it can be seen that the host is very attentive running the house.Great host, great communication, any needs and questions will be solved for you.The check-in place is also relatively close to the sea, so it is very convenient to get a taxi.It was a great experience for me to travel for five days.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

We had a lovely time at the property, the pool was clean and lovely, the beach was walking distance which was perfect and the sheets and all were clean.

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

At first, I only booked for about a week, and later because I went out to play with sudden allergies, the host did not urge me because of the expiration of the stay. Instead, it provided me with great help, patiently helped me extend the time, and told me that I didn't have to worry about time, I was moved by, so I renewed my reservation for one month, and the host also gave me great price deals, which provided me with various proofs of residence. If Airbnb is a homeowner like this, I will continue to choose Airbnb in the future, and tell my friends that say thank you for such a kind angel host, everyone can choose her house, thank you to the owner, thank you for the😊 last time, the room is very clean, like new, there are all the living items and bicycles, very close to the beach, you can go to the beach every day, downstairs is with the pool, the host also has a bird protection net on the balcony

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

This is a very comfortable leisure resort.The swimming pool is huge and the apartment staff is very polite.Thanadol is very considerate and helpful.

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

Our two-night stay at the Legend through Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. The condo was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. It had all the essentials we needed and more, making it easy to settle in right away. The resort itself is beautiful—lush greenery, large swimming pools, and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the property. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the grounds and lounging by the pool during the day. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. We had an amazing time staying at Pooky’s place! We spent about 4 days here and found it perfect! The area is super beautiful with tons of restaurant options and just a quick walk to the beach. The grounds are lovely and everything was better than we expected! Absolutely adored our time here and would definitely recommend!

Lin’s condo is set in a peaceful and walkable complex. The many, many pools were a hit with our son. Being able to walk through the pool lagoon area and straight onto the beach was a highlight. The condo itself is spacious, clean and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. The view from both balconies is lovely. The complex staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in / check-out process was easy.
