Holiday rentals with beach access in Cha-am District

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

amazing resort facilities, very top notch. the condo is a bit dated, but the price reflects that and you have access to amazing resort facilities. staff are all top notch. this is a chance to have your own roomy condo at one of the best resorts in hua hin.

This was my first time in Thailand. I fell in love with everything here! The most amazing trip I have ever been on, and the condo made it all possible! If you are planning a trip tho Thailand, this condo and Jeeenie is the right decision for you!

At first, I only booked for about a week, and later because I went out to play with sudden allergies, the host did not urge me because of the expiration of the stay. Instead, it provided me with great help, patiently helped me extend the time, and told me that I didn't have to worry about time, I was moved by, so I renewed my reservation for one month, and the host also gave me great price deals, which provided me with various proofs of residence. If Airbnb is a homeowner like this, I will continue to choose Airbnb in the future, and tell my friends that say thank you for such a kind angel host, everyone can choose her house, thank you to the owner, thank you for the😊 last time, the room is very clean, like new, there are all the living items and bicycles, very close to the beach, you can go to the beach every day, downstairs is with the pool, the host also has a bird protection net on the balcony

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

We had very nice time in the apartment. We will be happy to come back and will recommend it. Thank You!

The room is comfortable and clean, the landlord responds quickly, is not far from the beach, and is convenient for shopping. It is the first choice to consider again in the future

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

One of the best stays we have ever had at an Airbnb. The house is very large with high ceilings, amazing air conditioning in every room and two in the main living area. The pool is incredible with a super fun slide that the kids loved. There is parking with a sliding gate and large tvs in each room with Netflix etc There is no oven but a mini hob and a microwave and you can always use the grab app for food. A Seven Eleven is close by. Lastly the neighbouring people are lovely and helped us out when the battery on our car died. Belt the owner was so helpful and kind with regular cleaning of the house, she even helped with deliveries to the property. The house is about 30 mins from Hua Hin and Cha am is closer but not as vibrant. We loved staying here and again Belt the owner is great!

Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

Fern's place is amazing. The little cabin I rented was rustic but sweet. A little small for 2 people, but ideal for 1. Internet, AC, and hot water all good. The scenery is stunning. Rice paddy fields, palm trees, and mountains Sunsets are rainbow colors and paint the scenery almost like a movie set. There are 4 little cabins fairly close to each other but far enough that is not intrusive. Right out front is a little pond with koi-like fish, with a sweet little bridge lit by lanterns. The restaurant is homemade and decent. Good sizes, and she even offers a hot pot! The rooms are extremely affordable for what you get, and the restaurant has local prices. Pretty ideal. She's also got a motorcycle to rent, which is free or at least very cheap to get supplies nearby. But the best part of the whole experience is Fern herself. She's sweet, kind and goes the extra mile. Her English is excellent and offers a few words of assistance if you're willing to learn Thai. A definite recommend:)

Tusanee was a great host, very accommodating and the little splash pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for a lovely little lunch we put together... most definitely stay again if we pass HuaHin area

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

We stayed almost 3 months. That house is so comfortable and peaceful. Host was so nice friendly. Pool is so clean. If you chose that house you need 2 app. Bolt-taxi app. Foodpanda-delivery app. Because house is little bit far from center. I will choose again when we go hua hin

Great, modern house. Everything up to date. The only thing that bothered me was the narrow, direct neighborhood (houses just on the property border). As a result, we lacked some privacy outside. Otherwise, everything is great!

Good place and good service It would be better if the room have wifi because the mobile signal is low.

Very nice apartment, nice view, very quiet, we only saw 4 people in a week in the complex. (and the gardeners) We had the beach to ourselves. Unfortunately, the pool is only 1 m deep at the deepest point and very dirty. There is no shopping and no restaurant nearby. You urgently need a scooter or a car.

Our two-night stay at the Legend through Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. The condo was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. It had all the essentials we needed and more, making it easy to settle in right away. The resort itself is beautiful—lush greenery, large swimming pools, and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout the property. We especially enjoyed taking evening walks around the grounds and lounging by the pool during the day. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. Great value, great atmosphere, and a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The building manager Mud met us at the arrival and she has been always very attentive to our needs and requests. You can have a weekly cleaning of the house for 250baht or a Massager coming to you! The swimming pool is always clean and safe. The beach is great and 1 step away from the apartment! The house was clean and reflected exactly what you see in the pictures (even better). Only “downside” is that you only have 2 fires to cook and tiny so sometimes you have to cook one thing at the time. We had a car so we could Easley navigate the surrounding and in less than 10min you have big supermarkets. Great place for families with kids. We definitely suggest this place!

My small family had a fantastic stay at Punjarat’s place and she was a brilliant host. Close to the beach and the pool was good for small kids. Very friendly staff in the building. Punjarat went above and beyond as a host on many occasions. Highly recommend to everyone!
