There were seven of us in the house, there was nothing missing, very good location, quiet and with beautiful views. We would mist definitely visit again.

A very spacious house in a small neighborhood consisting of similar, free-standing houses. You can park your car right next to the house. A big living room (kitchen, big and sturdy kitchen table and a couch) with lots of light. Comfortable bedrooms and good beds. From the small balcony you can see the lake. Everything you need is present and the house is ideal to make trips in the surrounding. Shops and restaurant are at 10–15 minute walk (although the way back is up-hill…). Petra is easy to communicate with, there is a caretaker present for many of the houses in this neighborhood. Our only remark: the Wi-Fi is only bearable for messages, but you have 4G mobile connection in this location. Very recommendable if you like a quiet environment and a very spacious house !

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We had an excellent stay. The home is wonderful and an easy walk to the historic center of Cesky Krumlov.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this house! Already upon arrival we were delighted: everything was super clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as in the description – if not better. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We would like to highlight the loving details in the house – from the cozy decor to the little touches that made the stay even more pleasant. Nicole was incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and provided us with great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!😍

We were there with 8 adults and 2 kids of 2 and 3 years old. The house is very beautiful and the surrounding is more than beautiful and peaceful. It’s a very private place with Perfect heated pool, plenty of gaming options for both kids and adults. We strongly recommend this place for families with kids and who is looking for a private scenic and calm place to stay.

It was a good location. It was close to the downtown. We did not find a wine opener. We enjoyed the stay there.

Amazing place! Very nicely furnished place. Incredible views from the window and from the deck. We had a great time. The owner was welcoming, whenever we had a question or request, immediately handled, questions answered. Recommended! 💜

Very nice apartment in very nice surroundings: right on the edge of the forest and about two minutes to the lake. we were there over the weekend and we liked it very much! Here are a few details: Sauna and outdoor pool available. These are used by the guests of several apartments. If several parties are interested at the same time, a change is planned after a certain period of time. Both the sauna and the pool are heated with wood. Wood is provided for this at the accommodation. If the amount is not enough, I think you can get more wood for a fee. Wasn't the case with us. small note: If you want to have 'bathtub temperature' in the pool, a certain preheating time is necessary. It definitely depends on the outside temperature, with us it was about four hours.
