Vila Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The property is three-storey with two terraces, a barbecue, a fire pit, an indoor outdoor pool with counterflow, and an indoor wellness area with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent out the entire property. If you are traveling with young children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bath.

Great access to all sports activities - cycling along trails and inline skating, water sports, adrenaline sports, hiking, skiing in the ski resort Lipno nad Vltavou, Hochficht, ski lift Frymburk.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce najdete dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Cottage U Čmelák

A well-equipped cottage for all who love pristine nature and yet enjoy luxury accommodations. There is a spacious garden where there is a pergola with a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in a common room with a fireplace. Experience relax in a bathing barrel with a hot tub with a unique view (surcharge). The bathing barrel is located outside and is operating from March 1 to October 31,in November according to current temperatures. We don't allow places to stay with pets.

Romantic secluded apartment

Romantic remote accommodation is located near Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The apartment is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-attached area in the woods by the river Ceilings. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Soak up the seating area by the fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There's no wifi in the cabin, so you can really enjoy your time together.
