Hot tub, welcome wine. The chalet (4 people+ 1 extra bed) is close to a private beach for settlers. The cottage consists of a kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Living room with double bed, sitting area, fireplace, TV. The next room is a bedroom with 2 beds. There is a toilet and a bathroom - shower. The heating is in the bathroom floor. Elsewhere with air conditioning, a romantic fireplace in the living room to fine-tune the atmosphere. Fire pit, gas grill. Outdoor hot tub. It is not possible to have celebrations and parties.

The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy independently of the family's permanent residents. Romantic remote accommodation is located near Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The apartment is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months (we are happy to rent a boat or a raft).

Farmhouse Polžov is a South Bohemian farm full of animals. Pets are not allowed in the enclosed property, except for cats and insects... we do not guard them:-) The stay is suitable for those who want to relax in nature, watch animals and stars in the evening, go to the forest or swim in the river. We do not recommend for those who are allergic to animals, they are bothered by some droppings from animals and those who cannot stand without TV and signal.
